Aegean View Hotel

Family run hotel & they were blooming amazing! They went way beyond to help in any way they could & the whole family chipped in morning noon & night. If you eat there then “prepare “ as the portion size are massive. Just go there & see for yourself what a wonderful place this is as there are too many great things to write. ❤️

Just returned from a lovely 10 night stay here and had a great time. The third time we have stayed here in the 6 times we have visited Santorini. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is in a hillside location overlooking Kamari and out to sea, views are wonderful. We stayed in room 521 with a jacuzzi, the view from the room excellent. Breakfast is typically Greek which we are more happy with. Good food also available from the pool bar all day. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we revisit Santorini in the future, probably not May as we did have a few days of rain 😕.

Firstly wanted to say a huge thank-you to all the management & all the team at the Aegean View Hotel for making our stay & our momentous occasion so special. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. We’re delighted with the setting of the hotel situated into the mountains with the most spectacular views that were simply breathtaking. Our room was just beautiful , the 4 poster bed was so romantic & fitting for our special occasion, along with our spacious terrace & the hot tub surpassed our expectations. Everyone was so friendly & accommodating & our room was kept tidy & spotless throughout our stay. Overall it was a perfect stay, & we would highly recommend to our friends & family. We hope to return in the near future & there is no-where else we would rather stay in beautiful Santarini than the fabulous Aegean View Hotel. Mary & Graham

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Aegean view hotel What a fantastic place to stay The staff are all so very friendly We were allocated a beautiful apartment Where we had a gorgeous view of the sunrise every morning The apartment was very clean And spacious Bed really comfortable Clean towels every day and also towels provided for pool or you could take them to the beach Shower was amazing Air con worked really well Lovely kitchenette to prepare breakfast as we were on self catering option This is the best place I have ever stayed in Greece And hope to return soon There is a small incline of a hill if you have mobility issues The pool was perfect Just wished I had been there for longer Didn’t want to leave Situated a short walk to Kamari beach Where there were lots of lovely restaurants to choose from We were able to use the sun beds free at the beach when purchasing just a drink I have to say first trip to Santorini And can’t wait to return Visited Oia and Fira and Perrisa But we glad we decided to stay in kamari We ate at a few of the restaurants on the walk from hotel down to beach And also on the beach front Found the prices were good value Between 40 and 80 euros approx for 2 people depending on whether you having wine Or soft drinks Some great cocktails as well between 7/12 euros If you ever fancied going to Santorini definitely do it you won’t regret it The Aegean view would be my choice for total relaxation and comfort with fabulous views So much to do and see And try out the outdoor cinema if you are there so quirky Thank you again To all the lovely team at Aegean view Hotel you are all amazing x😃

After just returning from staying here I can’t say enough about this family run hotel . The views from our room were spectacular. Our room was spacious and contained everything in it you required, it was spotlessly clean with fresh towels every day The family and staff were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you . Breakfast was great every thing you would want to set you up for the day . Would I go back and stay there again , Yes I would without a doubt.

This is a family-run, spotlessly clean hotel that includes suites with a basic kitchenette and great views facing east to see the sunrise. It is surrounded by a spectacular mountain on two sides that makes for a breathtaking view when you’re not looking down onto Kamari and the Aegean on the other two sides. 350m from the beach, which is a good thing as you’re away from the noise and bustle. Santorini is not a great option if you’re looking for a beach vacation (the beaches range from black to red and tend to be rocky), but is a must-see for the scenery. You can board the municipal buses to go to Fira and Oia, the two hubs on the island, and get your fill of traffic, people and spectacular sunsets there. Here, in Kamari, you can enjoy the busy beach when you want, and some quiet time in a modern suite with a view or lounging by the pool, which is what we needed. The eggs at breakfast are worth the price of admission - there are chickens on site (so there will be some crowing from the rooster) and they provide eggs the way they’re supposed to taste. We had a really relaxing time here and recommend the Aegean view to anyone looking for the same.

This is our second visit within the last 12 months. Perfect run family hotel. Cleaned to a very high standard and extremely comfortable. We requested room 523 again lovely views of the sea and town. Perfect for the pool too. Would definitely recommend

We returned to The Aegean View in September for a week having been in June for 2 weeks (speaks volumes) and booked direct with owners. We stayed in an apartment for 2 this time and it was so well presented and spacious. As always the whole place is immaculately clean and very well maintained. What makes this place special though is the staff. It truly is a family business and they all work SO HARD. Nothing is too much. George is a gentleman and his baklava recipe is well repeated at home! This is our 3rd time at the hotel and we will 100% be back. Thank you to you all x
