Camera signature suite con vista sul tramonto spettacolare. Personale gentile, colazione non a livello (da scegliere il Giorno prima….). Location e struttura stupende.

Tout d'abord, ils nous ont fait enregistrer à 16h30. et quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre nous avons eu un grand choc car la chambre n'avait rien à voir avec les photos sur le site la chambre était très mauvaise en tous points Il y avait des transats et une piscine au restaurant. Ce n'est pas agréable de voir des gens sur le transat en mangeant. La seule chose dont nous étions satisfaits à l'hôtel était la nourriture et les serveurs. tous les autres şwy étaient si mauvais une chambre sans vue et un hôtel étrange que je ne recommande vraiment pas

Maybe the most beautiful Hotel I ever stayed in. The view is just breathtaking. Could have just sit in the whirlpool in front of our room forever. Both the view from the restaurant and the food itself was just magical. Everybody was very kind and helpful and always smiling. One of the best experiences of my life so far!

The hotel is amazing!!! So beautiful and the view is REALLY the best! I had a incredible and memorable experience. I want to back next year. The staff is sooo kind! I love everything about this hotel! Oh, and they have the BEST restaurant ever! I highly recommend!!!

Location: Central and cliffside location in Imerovigli (meaning ‘calm and high observation point’ in Greek), balcony to the Aegean, overlooking Skaros Rock (landmark), the Caldera Islands, Thirassia (‘sleeping crocodile Island’). The best location in Santorini for sunset watching, less crowded and noisy compared to Oia and Fira, especially during low season and shoulder months (April May, September, October). The sun sets between the Caldera Islands. Beautify play of colours. Hotel: Small-scale boutique luxury hotel. One of a kind. Striking among the other accommodations due to its unique black colour referring to the volcanic soil in Santorini. Impressive architecture and refined design. The hotel is wonderfully lit up at night. The red bricks in the facade refer to glowing lava. A unique experience when the hotel is surrounded by fog. You imagine yourself in the volcano crater. Must-visit. This hotel is the stylish and more exclusive sister hotel of Kivotos Mykonos. Facilities: An infinity swimming pool made of glass. Sufficient loungers and seating options. Spa. Rooms: Each suite and villa is grand (spacious and stately) with unique interiors and lavish features. Top facilities and ample amenities. Everything you can think of, need, wish (any special amenities in the suite or villa i.e., personal trainer, yacht charter, helicopter flights), is arranged for you. One of the best and most extensive minibars we have seen in a hotel room: cabinets with sweet and savoury snacks, soft drinks and alcohol, water, sweets, coffee, and tea making facilities, etc. There are several minibars per room (small kitchenettes): one on each floor. There is a large stocked SMEG fridge in the villa. Minibars are refilled every day. There is also a separate fridge with wines and champagnes (in the honeymoon suite near the jacuzzi, handy). There are several bathrooms, toilets and showers in the suites and villa. Large dressing rooms with lots of storage space. There is a desk and many sockets, so it is convenient to work from a distance. SONOS sound system to play music in all the rooms. Different suite lighting scenarios based on your favourite colour. The rooms have a makeup table and large mirrors. There is a lounge and dining area for in-room dining. The massage therapists are real artists (customized in-room treatment in the Kivotos Villa). There is also a balcony hidden in the Villa with views on Skaros Rock. The honeymoon suite and Kivotos Villa each have a staircase with private access to the poolside sun terrace. Exclusive feeling and living in this hotel. We received a welcome drink, snacks, complementary bottle of wine, fresh flowers, personal letter from the hotel manager in the room upon your arrival. We felt very safe here: There is a safe in the room and villa. Words or pictures fail to describe the size of the cave suites and villa, they are huge compared to other accommodations in the same hotel category (five stars) on Santorini. Room tip: Stay

We were the first guests of 2023 and treated as very special guests Konstantinos and his team met us on arrival to make us feel welcome Flowers, fizz, and handwritten note awaiting us Breakfast was excellent and served on our terrace or in our suite as we wished Dined in our suite once and food was great Hotel design is very stylish with trendy lighting options and Sonos throughout suite Great to see Kivotos is expanding ... it shows that the concept and service is successful. There was some work ongoing related to expansion but did not impact us in any way The location is just perfect for caldera views, sunset views, and Skaros rock. Very convenient for pick up and drop off with very few steps to the hotel reception Konstantinos offered us a complimentary day cruise but unfortunately it did not suit our itinerary... but very much appreciated To sum up .... Location perfect Service exceptional
