270 Oias View

We stayed in House IV at 270 Oia's View for 5 nights and absolutely recommend staying there. The location was perfect. About a 15 minute walk into Oia either along the hiking trail or road. We felt completely safe with the walk day or night. While we loved Oia, it was much better to stay just outside of the town to avoid the crowds. It was also great to have a parking place for a car to explore the island. The view from our pool and hot tub were absolutely spectacular - better than any of the pictures we saw before the trip. We loved the sunsets from our yard/pool and enjoyed the view all day and night. Access to the Fira-Oia hiking trail was right off our yard, which was a nice plus. There were also some very good restaurants a short walk away in Finikia. In fact, FInikia Restaurant, which is literally right across the street, was one of our favorites on the island (great food and amazing sunset views). The service was special. Naya and Dani - who were at the front desk every day and available via text whenever needed - were both excellent. They helped us with booking sailing and diving trips, recommendations for meals and recommendations for fun adventures around the island. They took care of every detail of our stay (from when we first booked) and fixed any small issues we had immediately. Their communication from booking through check out was amazing. And we really enjoyed the free breakfast each morning delivered to our villa. Truly first class service! Finally, the villa itself was excellent. Ours was 2 bedrooms with a 3rd sleeping area and 3 full baths. Plenty of room for us to 6 people. The bedrooms were spacious and nice and cool - underground with good air-conditioning. The villa was spacious with a good kitchen and plenty of space throughout for meals or lounging. And the pool, hot tub, patio and lounging area outside was expansive and excellent. The property was always quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. We will definitely return to 270 Oia's view! Clear 5 star property and a special experience!

What really sets 270 apart is the service. The staff that work here (Panayiota & Katerina) are beyond exceptional! They gave excellent recommendations and really took the time to help us make each day special.... best birthday trip ever! The apartment - very well located (c.10min walk into town) so you're close to the action, but get your own sense of privacy. I can confirm the place looks exactly like the photos (stunning).

We had a fabulous time at Oia 270! We were at Oia 270 as two families including 4 kids under 8 (age 3-8). The villa is absolutely beautiful and the views were incredible! The staff there (Nayia and Vasiliki ) was amazing! Nayia and Vasiliki were so helpful and nice in making sure our stay was perfect with booking our car rentals, restaurant reservations and airport transfer. They even gave us all gifts ! Top notch service where they went above and beyond :) Santorini is a beautiful must visit site; however, as many are aware it’s not the most kid friendly due to the crowds and it’s very difficult (impossible really) to use strollers in the Oia village center area. The villa was stunning and we enjoyed it so much except the stairs without railing in the 4 bedroom villa might be a bit dangerous for young children so that’s the only thing we would say for a family traveling with young kids. Also the villas are very close together so young kids might make too much noise for the other hotel guests since the outdoor space is close together. Everything else was perfect and amazing and we would definitely recommend Oia 270 for couples, single travelers and families with older children :) thank you to the team at Oia 270 for an amazing time !

Where to start? We stayed here on our first visit to Santorini, and it genuinely felt like heaven on earth. It was such a special trip and we felt like superstars from the minute we arrived! The service was incredible from housekeeping, reception and the pool staff. The place was the exact same as the photos and it was the perfect 15 minute stroll into Oia. The cave house was absolutely stunning and the pool was gorgeous! The receptionists were the loveliest ladies we have ever met. We ended up getting stuck in Santorini due to flight cancellations and decided to fly to athens. Even after we left, Oia 270 kept in contact with us up until we returned to Ireland to ensure we were okay. Where would you ever get this kind of service? Just devine. Leaving here broke our hearts and it really has held such precious memories. Thank you Oia 270 for everything.
