Where to begin with St. John Villas Oia! The place is remarkable both in service and location. The owner Tassos is your host from the moment you make your reservation until the moment you leave. He coordinates everything for you from transportation to excursions to meals! He's dedicated to making sure you have a great time while on the island. He knows the island very well and ensures you have the best experiences. His place is B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. all capital letters! Immaculate, serene and beyond comfortable. I cannot tell you how grateful we were to stay just a tad bit outside of the busy Oia. I can't wait to have my friends who will be visiting stay at the Villa's. I can't wait to recommend the place to as many people as I can. Tassos, thank you and your incredible staff for an unforgettable stay!

This was the perfect location, right below the hustle and bustle of Oia, a short walk to the craziness, but a villa so perfect and so quiet, with the views of the water and sunsets, this is the #1 place to stay in all Santorini! The host is the best, always responsive, and always helpful. When we go back, we will stay here. It is clean, it is simple, and it is perfect!

This place is just incredible, fantastic location with the best view of the sunset in Oia. Close to all the main restaurants and attractions in town but just far enough away so that the villa’s offer privacy and luxury, the most relaxing place to stay in all of santorini. The best part of the experience is the owner Tassos, even before we arrived he helped us arrange transfers, days out, when we got there he took time out of his day to drive us into town when we couldn’t order a taxi, the level of service is far beyond anything we have ever experienced. If we are lucky enough to return to santorini we would never book anywhere else, this is a special place with an incredible host who truly cares about his guests. Thank you again Tassos.

We stayed at Saint John Villas last September 2022 and it is still a holiday I think about a LOT. From the beginning, communication with Tassos was excellent. He helped us with transfers and booking excursions, particularly ones we knew would get booked up quick (he also found them at a much more competitive rate.) Everything was so well organised. When we arrived at the villa, Tassos was there to greet us (along with some fresh pizza and wine 😊) he gave us a quick tour and showed us how to use everything in the villa. The views were absolutely breathtaking and it was so calm and quiet. Perfect for a couples holiday. So clean, neat and tidy. Everything felt very well looked after and well thought through. Each morning he would arrive with breakfast, of your choice and your specified time… we chatted with him each morning about recommendations for things to do, Tassos really knew how we could get the best out of the island for the time that we were there. We decided to hire a car (which Tassos arranged for us and was great for us to explore) once we’d made a plan for the days ahead he sent a Google maps itinerary of the places we said we wanted to visit along with car parking spots. We stayed for a total of 4 nights and it was honestly the best holiday I have ever had. The villas are truly stunning along with the views, but what makes your stay here so enjoyable is Tassos. He truly cares about what he does and provides so much support throughout your stay whilst not being overbearing in the slightest. If there was a question we had or we wanted a recommendation for food etc a quick text and Tassos would respond straight away, he never steered us wrong. We will definitely be going back there without question!! If you are lucky enough to find this villa available then BOOK! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed. We loved it ♥️

When we booked our stay, Tassos immediately reached out and told us he would do whatever he could to make our stay memorable - that was an understatement. The location of St. John is perfect - a 2 min drive or 10min walk away from Oia, but the villa is entirely private with breathtaking views of the sea. The villa had the intimacy, space, and comforts of a vacation rental with the luxury amenities of a boutique hotel. Tassos was there for anything and everything we needed: a ride to the start of our hike, recommendations for everything and anything, last minute bookings, an extra blanket request in the late evening - literally anything we need, any time. After our first day in our next location my husband turned to me and said, “I miss Tassos”. The property is spectacular, the location is amazing, the amenities were exceptional, but it was Tassos and his incomparable hospitality that will stay with us forever. Or at least until we’re back which hopefully won’t be long! It’s hard to describe how magical our stay was, but I promise if you stay here you’ll soon understand.
