From before check in to check out our every needs were either anticipated or met when asked. Communication from the staff before our arrival was top notch. Offering us transportation, car rental, and booking excursions. We used their Car Rental suggestion (Auto Center) and had them book our sunset catamaran cruise (Santorini Yachting Club). We even had to change the date of our cruise and they took care of all of that for us. We were early for check in. We were prepared to for our room not to be ready but just wanted to touch base. Upon check in we were welcomed and offered complimentary wine and a little cake while they waited to check on our room. We were offered a tour of the spa facilities and services offered with absolutely no pressure to take part. We didn't get a chance to use them as we were so busy but would definitely do it when we return. Once our room was ready our bags were taken to our room for us and we were personally escorted to our suite and given a an explanation of everything by (Rosemary I think was her name). She gave us excellent recommendations for local and they were excellent. We were given complimentary water shoes upon arrival since the beach is a rocky volcanic beach and we were told that items in the fridge were complimentary and restocked every day. The heated pool with our suite had the option to turn on sauna jets and was the perfect way to unwind after exploring Santorini during the day. The location was perfect for us. Being on the south end of the island it was a 5 (Vlychada) -40 (Oia) minute drive from anything you'd want to see or do. But was was in a quiet spot on Santorini and had plenty of places to feel local. The room keeping staff was incredible. Every evening we had a turn down services that included leaving a small dessert in our room for us and placing floor mats at our beds for us. The shower was a wonderful size and the toiletries were wonderful, especially the body cream. (Culti Milano) We only availed ourselves of breakfast but the staff and food were wonderful. The staff was attentive and felt more like friends or family than a wait staff. They were attentive, prompt and so welcoming. The beach staff and bar tenders were excellent. Upon taking our spot on a beach bed, an attendent immediately met us with a bag of ice and two waters. Our bar tender made a very refreshing drink that we don't recall what it was but we just said, make something with a local feel that you would like to make. This was our first trip to Santorini and our only regret with the Sea Breeze is that we were so busy seeing the island that we didn't spend as much time as we had hoped just remaining on the property and relaxing. The location and staff of this property lends itself to a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We were honestly blown away by the experience.
