Cet hôtel est tout à fait satisfaisant. C'est mieux que l'emplacement et les espaces publics. Il est situé à l'hôtel de la falaise à Imerovigli. Il bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement et les espaces publics ont une vue de premier ordre. L'hôtel a une vue sur le volcan et la mer à l'extérieur. Cependant, les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement vétustes, et il n'est pas facile de les trouver avec de gros bagages. Il est recommandé à ceux qui visitent à l'avenir de contacter le personnel de l'hôtel pour les aider à porter les bagages à l'avance. Les installations dans la chambre sont relativement anciennes, il n'y a pas de chaussons jetables, vous devez apporter les vôtres, les détails ne suffisent pas, l'eau chaude est assez chaude et le prix est également avantageux. Peut recommander. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de types de petit-déjeuner, mais la salle du petit-déjeuner a une belle vue.

Que dire ? La position géographique est parfaite pour un séjour à Santorin. Je l'ai d'ailleurs préféré à Oia, car beaucoup plus discrète, plus calme et reposante avec une vue à mon sens plus époustouflante. C'est un véritable havre de paix. Rapport qualité/prix imbatable au vue de ce que proposent d'autres hôteliers pour des prestations similaires. Je recommande la suite Cream car elle dispose d'une piscine privée chauffée SANS VIS A VIS. la terrasse quant à elle, est en bordure de route et dispose d'un vis à vis avec les chambres annexes. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est bien fournit et est servit directement en chambre. N'hésitez pas à réserver directement depuis le site et vous y enregistrer pour bénéficier de tarifs avantageux.

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

This is a beautiful hotel and pool on a high cliff overlooking the sea. It was ruined by inescapable background music from 8:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night. The disco tech sound had a loud bass that shook throughout the hotel. There were speakers in every bush. This is an open hotel with only the rooms to escape the horrible music. Our room shook from the bass boom all day long. We asked to turn the music down but they were not happy. At 5:00 every night a DJ arrived to turn the sound up throughout dinner. We paid a lot of money to stay there and we felt tortured. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to relax

Very nice quite and comfortable place. It doesn’t face caldera but it’s only 5-10 min walk to view caldera. We were on the second floor with sea view. It has little nice balcony where we could see some Santorini countryside and ocean in the far. Very beautiful sunrises from the balcony. If this hotel was on caldera side they would be charging at least 3-5 times more. You stay at a nice hotel and save 100-300EUR every night by walking 5-10min to caldera side.

The apartment is beautiful and clean as described. The location is perfect for sunrise everyday and sunset watching is nearby . Landscape is manicured with grape vines , succulents, olive trees, pine and palm trees and the beautiful flowering bougainvillea all make the sunrise breathtaking ! The room ( 16) we stayed in was huge for the three of us . It has a patio that we all love during morning coffee and evening wine . Plan to spend a night star gazing or just sit and enjoy the natural breeze from the Aegean Sea. The bathroom is huge as well but tends to flood ( small drainage with a very strong shower ) and the glass partition does not help at all. Water splashes and wets the area where the toilet bowl is. The kitchen is sufficiently supplied but for a price. Even espresso bullets have to be paid. The only thing free are water bottles ( you have to ask Alice to bring you some every morning ) . The housekeepers Alice and Maria are very friendly and honest. Nothing has gone missing with daily housekeeping . Safe is not working unfortunately so we leave valuables outside. The safe does not have instructions as to how to use it . Alice ( Polish) tidied up our room every single day even folding our dirty clothes . Maria and husband ( Albanians) are also very helpful even with their very little English (when I needed a sharpener ( for my lip liner pencil) . Everything went well during our stay EXCEPT their partner taxi service . This driver was the rudest. His name is Nick. He was very impatient with my 20 year old son needing pick up from the port . He went ranting on him and banging the Van doors just because he had difficulty finding him . He called him “ Late” while my son was just there waiting for him. He also comes with his huge Mercedes Van and overcharged us . 50$ from the port and 35$ to the nearby Venetsanos winery( i know it’s overcharging as when we hailed a cab since he was Running behind to pick us up, this other Mercedes taxi was asking for 25$). And yeah , you got to ask him to turn on the AC in the passengers area if you want to stay cool . The managers of this suite have to seriously think of choosing a better taxi service since this can affect their reputation .
