Hôtels près de Panaghia Episcope, Santorin

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, Fira n'est pas aussi fréquentée qu'Oia. Nous avons apprécié la vue depuis notre chambre. Tout était parfait.

Excellent service.  Bon accueil.  Propreté au rendez-vous.  Personnel attentif. Bon emplacement juste à côté épicerie. Merci

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

J'ai pris la suite senior. La chambre avait une forme bizarre avec les toilettes quelques marches plus bas. Mais c'était plutôt cool. Les toilettes semblent encourager la douche en couple avec 2 pommeaux de douche et beaucoup d'espace dans la douche. La chambre n'était pas trop loin du haut de la rue piétonne, ce qui facilitait l'entrée et la sortie. Le jacuzzi extérieur fait face au soleil couchant et la vue était tout simplement mémorable. Nous avons pris notre petit-déjeuner sur le balcon et c'était tout simplement génial. Le personnel était encore une fois serviable et courtois.

Nous tenons à exprimer notre sincère gratitude envers Mme Margarita et l'équipe du Cellia Retreat Suites, pour leur excellence en matière d'hospitalité de classe mondiale et pour avoir fait de notre séjour l'une des meilleures expériences en Grèce. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement la responsable de service Margarita pour ce qui suit : 1. Fournir une assistance rapide à notre surveillance dans la réservation en double et contacter de manière proactive l'agent de voyages afin que nous puissions annuler la réservation en double et recevoir des remboursements dans la même journée 2. Connaît très bien l'île ; elle a fourni des recommandations d'itinéraire personnalisées en fonction de nos préférences ; elle a pris des dispositions très réfléchies concernant les transports et les restaurants, notamment en recommandant un voyage à la cave à vin de Santos, qui nous a offert les meilleures vues du coucher de soleil sur l'île que nous ayons jamais vues. 3. Est extrêmement sympathique, accueille toujours les clients avec un grand sourire et a fait de notre séjour une expérience superbement merveilleuse et agréable. En plus de l'hospitalité chaleureuse, la propriété est un endroit charmant où séjourner; la piscine a une belle vue et le petit déjeuner est merveilleux pour les yeux et notre estomac. Merci Mme Margarita et je recommande vivement aux visiteurs de séjourner au Callia Retreat Suites la prochaine fois qu'ils visiteront Santorin.

La suite troglodyte avec bain à remous face aux caldeiras était tout à fait unique, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner servi dans votre suite chaque matin. Merci également aux porteurs qui vous aident à porter vos bagages devant les interminables marches d'Oia.

Expérience très agréable, les deux personnels sont très sympathiques, nous ont offert un délicieux petit déjeuner. Les suites nuptiales ont une belle vue et une chambre bien rangée. Nous ferons découvrir cet hôtel à nos amis qui souhaitent voyager à Santorin.

Super emplacement, super installations, super petit déjeuner, super personnel. Vraiment top !

Vue époustouflante. Le prix est justifié. Petit-déjeuner et service exceptionnels. Monter les escaliers est un peu fatigant, mais ça vaut vraiment le coup.
