Trés bel Hotel, personnel très sympathique, emplacement idéal. MAIS, chambre très très petite pourvue uniquement de velux, belle baignoire rendant les douches très compliquées, fêtes au bar de l’hôtel extrêmement bruyantes (jusqu’à 22-23h, 2 fois sur une séjour d’une semaine), piscine minuscule.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé une nuit dans la suite présidentielle. La chambre était parfaite jusqu'à la température du jacuzzi. Ensuite nous avons mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel. Mon épouse a ressentie une belle émotion quand elle a mangé son risotto aux crevettes. Le personnel était investi sur le gluten free de mon épouse et fut impliqué de façon extraordinaire. Un personnel aux petits soins, des plats exquis et virevoltant , un cadre merveilleux hors du temps, où l'on ne s'étonnerai pas de voir passer Hemingway. Bref, merveilleux, à faire absolument une fois dans sa vie. Merci. Damien et Patricia.

Nous avons réservé sur le site de l’hôtel, mais nous l’avions découvert sur *********** et le prix était moins cher.252€ contre 280€. La personne a l’accueil nous a compensé en nous offrant les petits déjeuners. Nous avons donc réglé à ce moment-là. Le lendemain le petit déjeuner nous a été servi à l’envers et le café était clair comme du thé. La jeune fille nous a précisé avoir des problèmes de cafetière. En partant elle nous a demandé le paiement des deux petits déjeuners. Elle a appelé sa direction et nous avons donc dû payer ce qui nous avait été offert la veille! Vraiment très petit ….

A wonderful hotel The staff are simply fantastic I was unwell for a couple of days and the kindness and understanding was amazing The room was excellent Cleaned daily The hotel situated on the main drag in easy reach of the beach,bars and restaurants The hotel itself has two superb restaurants The outside bar is incredible with Pedro and Philippe The breakfasts are great But thank you to all the staff Marco Abel Ni and all the other staff whose names I don’t know A memorable holiday

5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service, room, restaurant‼️‼️‼️‼️ I have stayed in much more expensive places, but never have I had such care and concern from the staff❣️Right at the beach, FABULOUS view, and I’ve never had a better fillet anywhere‼️ imagine a fillet so kinder you could practically cut it with a fort with a blueberry sauce over it that included some whole fresh blueberries❣️❣️❣️ and the shrimp risotto…OMG‼️‼️‼️ I stayed three nights and went back for Easter dinner‼️‼️‼️ The hotel itself that used to be a private mansion is absolutely gorgeous. Marco, the head chef is also the owner and his exquisite taste is not only in the kitchen, but in every detail and corner of the StoryTeller Palace❣️ The name say’s it all…❣️❣️❣️

Our stay at the Storytellers Palace was a real treat. The hotel is amazing and the staff are super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the F. Scott Fitzgerald room and it was perfect for us. I particularly liked the care and attention that had gone into the decor and the room facilities that made the stay so lovely. The breakfast is superb! do not miss it! The location of the hotel is perfect with plenty of on street parking and right next to a lovely beach and some nice cafes and restaurants. I cannot find any fault with this hotel and I hope to stay again in the future. Thank You :)

An absolute gem. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by Marco and Francisco. We proceeded to dinner at the Gatsby bar onsite which was incredible! Marco, the chef and owner, was so accommodating, especially with my young son. That meal was one of our favorites during our entire Portugal trip. We stayed in the presidential suite and my parents in the Agatha Christie room. The rooftop and common area of the suite made for an excellent space for our group to hang out and enjoy our wine with a view. My husband and son enjoyed the hot tub too. One thing to note is that it does take a while for the shower in the suite to warm up. The included breakfast was also delicious. The waterfront location was perfect too!

Loved everything about our stay here. Staff is super friendly and professional. We booked one of the bigger rooms and it was beautiful- comfortable beds, beautiful bath. Clean and smells great! Food at the restaurant was one of the best meals in Portugal! We tried many different things on the menu including the desert - absolutely amazing! Great breakfast as well!

First time traveling Portugal! Came here tonight and already rating 5 stars experience! From the treating at the door of this hotel, to the dining of the restaurant here, it’s the best experience of this trip! The food is amazing, served by the cook himself! Very pleasant guy, very good professional! We highly recommend visiting their hotel and restaurant!
