Nice designed hotel. Small but cozy room with a refrigirator. Close to Luz station. We stayed 5 nights. On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room. Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room. The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored. It is not a nice area after dark. Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.

Cheap clean eventhough location wasnt that good breakfast was good. Thats why i came here again.

Comfortable but small room. The hotel is 2 minutes from the nearest metro station so it has great links to get across the city. Breakfast was good. Take care outside the hotel as the surrounding streets done feel that safe. It took 25 minutes to check in

Bem pertinho do metrô da luz . Quarto bem aconchegante Tem restaurante a noite funcionando com uma pizza bem gostosa . Café da manha excelente e o atendimento muito bom

Excelente ubicación , un hotel muy limpio , cómodo y bonito ! Personal también muy amable en la estadía , las pizzas del restaurante son muy deliciosas !

Não gostei do atendimento, não fiquei satisfeita com a limpeza e acomodação. O único ponto positivo é q era próximo de onde precisávamos ir, mas não voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel. Café da manhã mediano.

房間，和服務都滿意！每天都拿着我的保温瓶去一樓餐廳要agua caliete哈哈，然後餐廳的人都認識我了。。。後來去吃飯都不用説要啥喝的，他們直接替我説出來了，前面幾天天氣不太行，每天都下雨，最後一天天氣可以，出去看了幾個博物館還有廣場，挺不錯的！有機會的話還會考慮入住這裏。

Pior estadia que já tive na vida. Chuveiro quebrado, ralo não descia a água. Banheiro alagou e molhou o quarto. Quarto não tem telefone e único meio de contato é WhatsApp, mas eles não respondem. Atendimento da recepção fez descaso dos problemas, apenas sugeriram trocar de quarto, que foi um quarto menor que o que eu havia pago! Péssimo!

Experiência ótima, boa localização, muito confortável e atende todas as necessidades!!
