Every time I visit Sapporo, I choose to stay at this hotel—it's the best Tokyu Stay I've experienced across Japan. Its prime location near Odori Park, offering views of the TV Tower, is a major plus. The staff are welcoming, the lobby is well-appointed, the cleanliness is unmatched, and one of the standout features is the inclusion of a laundry machine. Additionally, it boasts a proper chair and table setup, which is a refreshing change from the typically compact accommodations in Japan.

This hotel was amazing!!! The staff were so nice and polite, the amenities in the room were superb, there was a microwave and a washing machine with a dryer function!!!!! It was in a great location too and the view was really nice :)))It was also super quiet and the bed and pillows were super comfortable!

I was pleasantly surprised by the room equipment. The inclusion of a washer, dryer machine, shoes dryer and microwave oven is highly convenient for me. Moreover, the location is excellent, being in close proximity to renowned shopping streets and restaurants. Tidy room, friendly for drivers.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Also nice that they have washer/dryer provided. The location of the hotel is also convenient because of nearby malls, subway and convenient store. we will choose this hotel again if we go back to Sapporo.

Locations was good as it near a train station, supermarkets, pharmacies and convenience stores wear all within working distance.
Room was great, even have a washing machine inside and laundry detergent was provided as well.

Close to Odori station. Cosy and clean room. Front counter staff does not know much English but uses a translate tool well. Very helpful.

Fantastic location. Glad we check in abit early and manage to secure a parking spot. Hotel is just a stone throw away to shopping belt and eateries. The room was really small, but clean.

convenient location to shopping area. washing machine is a plus... walking distance to the exit 34 or 35 for underground shopping street. Breakfast is a bit simple, but reasonable to the price.
