stayed here for two days ，the hotel is in a good location and it's a relatively nice hot - spring hotel in the local area. Here are some aspects that I found a bit inconvenient during my check-in, and I'd like to share them with you. 1. The housekeeper suggested wearing the clothes and slippers provided by the hotel. It's a pity that all the sizes are the same. It doesn't matter much about the clothes, but the slippers are too big. They make it extremely difficult to walk and it's very easy to and fall. 2. There are a lot of steps in the room. An elderly person in my family tripped and fell when going to the toilet in the middle of the night. You must be careful at night. 3. Most of the customers are Japanese. As for payment, they can only pay in cash or use Visa or Master cards. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. 4. One last thing to pay special attention to is the door of the room. You need to lock it additionally both when entering and exiting the room. If you don't fasten all the locks from the inside when you come in, people outside will be able to open the door. We've already had the embarrassing experience of three of us lying in bed when a group of people suddenly burst in from outside. Please keep this in mind.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They can speak good English and that helps us a lot. We only spent a night at the hotel and had to leave at 6am in the morning for the airport. The hotel was very considerate and very kind to allow us to substitute the lunch buffet for the breakfast buffet which otherwise we would miss. The hotel was on the mountain and the cottage was nicely decorated. We spent a very romantic night in the snowy weather enjoying the cozy onsen. The food at the dinner buffet was very delicious and in a great variety. We are thinking about returning for a longer stay.

삿포로 처음..큰맘먹고 마지막날 료칸숙소까지 감행했습니다 숙소..상당히!!! 넓습니다 숙소 뷰..예술입니다 석식, 조식 포함했는데..식당뷰도 최곱니다 온천으로 힐링도 하고..정말 좋은시간 보내고 왔습니다 삿포로역에서 지하철타고 몇정거장 이동해야하지만 송영버스가 무료입니다 꼭 예약하고 이용하세요 직원분들 모두 친절하고 다시 이용의사 1000% 입니다 매우매우 만족입니다~^-^/

酒店環境舒適，晚上可以在大堂一邊聽現場演奏一邊燒棉花糖，我們選擇的房種有私人戶外溫泉，酒店還附送了白酒一瓶，可以望着雪景浸溫泉很舒服，但房間清潔得不太乾淨，遺漏了上一手的一隻隱形眼鏡，另外酒店附送每人一杯布甸，我們想在第三晚吃的時候突然不見了，打去前台問才被告知因為過期所以掉了，並叫我們應該第一天收到是吃，另外，酒店自助餐的儀式每天餐單都一樣食了三日非常沉悶，雖然第二晚和第三晚都有額外加餸，第二晚加了帶子壽喜燒，第三晚加了鮑魚，但也不是任吃。不過整體酒店而言尚可。

我們住的獨棟 私隱性很好 有私湯比想象中的大 正好還遇到大雪了體驗很好！酒店有歡迎香檳和飲料 就是吃的是非常日式的那種 不習慣的朋友連吃兩天有點受不了2333 但是小鎮也沒什麼飯店 所以吃酒店餐還挺好的

很驚喜的一次體驗，服務人員很熱情，酒店有班車接送提前約好就很方便，用餐體驗不錯，沒有那種大家一窩蜂很混亂的感覺，下着雪泡温泉也太愜意啦！晚上可以在大廳烤烤棉花糖聽聽音樂也很放鬆，總之各方面都挺滿意，下次還會入住。

典型度假酒店，規模適中，服務超好，服務人員高標準，此行最好。温泉太棒了，天上飄着雪花，落在身上和泉水中，森林環抱，就是我心目中北海道泡温泉的樣子。可惜枕頭偏軟，硬枕不像登別那樣作為標準配套，很晚都沒睡着。

第一次迫不及待的想要點評的酒店，酒店風景很好，服務亦超好，酒店有接駁車，入住時間為15:00，早到酒店可以在附近逛逛，二見公園沒啥人，很出片，去的這天定山溪神社正好有雪燈祭，酒店免費送了3張門票，等一圈遊玩好到房間，行李都已放好，還有温泉和餐食也都是無可挑剔。值得！
