De plus, il y a un ensemble complet d'ustensiles de cuisine dans la chambre, comprenant une cuisinière, des casseroles, de la vaisselle, un grand réfrigérateur et un lave-vaisselle. Vous pouvez l'acheter au supermarché voisin et le cuisiner vous-même. Le petit-déjeuner est relativement copieux, avec à la fois des plats occidentaux et des spécialités locales, il y a donc toujours quelque chose qui vous convient.

Clean, modern hotel. Nice location, about 10 minutes by foot to the center. Welcoming staff, breakfast was good to start the morning.Overall a wonderful hotel!

Fantastic place for short and long stays with central location, walking distance from everything. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped and sparkling clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff and their breakfast is decent with huge variety of food and drinks.

King studio is very large and with such a big tv, everything is good except little wool on the pillow

I did not get to stay in this hotel because the airline that I booked through Trip.Com cancelled their flight 2-hours before it departed Luton airport. I did not get to Sarajevo thus I lost the cost of this hotel accommodation, a four-day car hire, and the flight itself. Trip.Com must validate the efficacy, trustworthiness, and quality of service provided by all of its supply chain - it can not process their customer's money without accepting liability for their supply chain partners. I am not a satisfied customer because I didn't get to experience the service provided by this hotel. Is it the hotel's fault - No. Its Trip.Com's fault for engaging an unscrupulous airline like Wizz Air

房間很乾淨、各種服務也很到位、位置也很不錯，步行到拉丁橋只需五分鐘左右，唯獨床鋪略舊，但性價比很高。總之是十分推薦的！

Хороший отель в 5 минутах пешком от старого города. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. Есть подземная парковка, стоит 20 евро за ночь. Также есть стиральная и сушильная машина самообслуживания. Сауна тоже есть, но маленькая и было очень горячо. Завтраки вполне хорошие. Нам понравилось.

房間超級棒！第一天一到酒店，簡直是驚艷。坐大巴車從車站直達酒店樓下，查google地圖就能查到路線。套房超級大，有個大廳，兩個廁所，還有一個很大的主人房。餐廳有微波爐，電磁爐，要是多住幾天簡直就可以自己做飯了，整個酒店很安靜，早餐很豐富，前台服務也超級棒，在薩拉熱窩最棒的體驗了。

非常安靜舒適的酒店，位置特別好，門口交通便利出去就是tram。前台很熱情，會給予很多幫助，下次來還會住。
