Ronda at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I felt appreciated for the business and that everything I needed was taken care of. She’s outstanding! I’ve stayed at many hotels recently and have not had that level of service. I will definitely be staying here again if in the area on business.

I needed to find a place to stay and work for five days while my house got plumbing problems fixed. There are no luxe features here but, bottom line, it was the perfect place to perch for my needs. Plenty of room (I booked a one-bedroom studio) for work and rest. The kitchen amenities all worked (they could supply larger bowls, tho); the bed linens and towels were good quality; and the place was clean. The front desk staff all seemed very accommodating. My only complaint is that I encountered Wi-Fi problems, which made it challenging for me to work. Even worse, while I was there, one of the "engineers" grabbed my phone to do something (before I could stop him) and, whatever he did, seemed to interfere with my messaging/text functions for the rest of my stay there. Maddening. Aside from that, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever go back, though, I’ll try to get a room that overlooks the back/east side of the property—away from the pool side, which is brightly lit all night.

Clean, well maintained facilities with exceptional staff. Thank you Michele Reisdorf and Keri at front desk. You made our hard trip so much easier for us. The entire staff from your maintenance, housekeeping and service area were kind and accommodating at all times, day and night. It was a welcoming surprise to have a hearty/ versatile breakfast everyday. Thank you very much , we appreciate all your hard work and hospitality. Will return again for sure

My wife and I came into town for a 3 day business trip. My business was 35 minutes away but we still chose to stay here because the staff and the accommodations are so good. Ronda always goes out of her way to make my wife and I feel at home. She seems to know every guest by name. The breakfast bar is very good and the hotel is always clean and comfortable. This is our second trip Herr. This time we brought our fur baby and she even remembered his name. The swimming pool is heated. It felt more like a vacation than business and we look forward to coming back.

Organized and Cleaned Great service and Kerrie she is the best customer service person during my stay she went over the expectations feels safe environment. Great experience staying at the hotel well stay again and highlight recommended the hotel for your stay

Not happy! Stayed for a week. Needs some updating and new management. Not friendly at all except for the cleaning staff. Terrible breakfast. Except for one day there was no cooked food. Sandwiches premade, very little choices and kitchen staff hard to find.

My wife and I stayed here for the very first time, during our annual Spring Training Baseball trip. Typically, we stay in Bradenton, but I had Marriott points this year, and we have always had good service with Residence Inn. The property is right on University Parkway. The staff is very friendly and supportive. It and the rooms are clean and well laid out. Had a little noisy neighbor next door at 2AM, but a "tap" on the wall shut them up. Water pressure in the shower was a little lacking, but workable. I will put this on our list of locations to stay, next year. We enjoyed a couple of the eating establishments recommended by the front desk. The Orioles Player Development people stay here, during part of Spring Training.

Very Peaceful Stay. My Wife And I Loved Our Stay!! I needed to come to Sarasota Florida for 3 full days of business. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff member named Ronda went out of her way to make sure my wife and I were comfortable. My wife needed to stay at the hotel during the day while I was in the meetings and she really enjoyed her day on the property and by the pool. They had an excellent breakfast bar and good size fitness center. We look forward to our next day here.

Recently during a stay the room was given an extra $250 in charges! After 2 weeks of daily calls trying to get a manager, nothing changed. I was always met with anger. Two weeks, and when I finally spoke to the Head manager SELINA said, "I have work I could be doing instead of having this conversation". I work to.... which is why it was ridiculous the discussion took two weeks to happen. I thought I enjoyed my stay until they charged me (without ever informing me). Nope, not again.
