Useeka Resort

We had been to this resort after reading the reviews on trip advisor and many other forums .... After reaching the resort we were taken aback after seeing the unhygienic resort ...They told us on arrival that we dint have any non veg food apart from chicken ....after we went to the room my 6 yr old children were very hungry and when I picked up the phone to call the phone was not working somehow I managed to call someone and order the food and they said only one chicken dish was available..... My children had to eat only butter and steamed rice ..... The room was very dirt cupboards were smelling and the bathroom comode was the size of kids comode....What facilities they are giving and what they are charging is too much ...I would request anyone who is thinking of visiting this resort think thrice before you go here ...you will not have a pleasant stay at all .... electricity also keeps going whole night 🙄

Great resort by the cliff with good views of the valley. The view from the premium room with full glass window was amazing. Rooms are spacious and has mini fridge, one small wardrobe and one safe, bed side tables with drawers and TV table with drawers. For indoor games, only option available is carrom. Staff is polite, very helpful and well mannered. At night you'll get to see lots of fire-flies which was quite amazing. Breakfast spread is just about ok with all veg options, cut fruits and eggs to order and is mostly repetitive on alternate days. Food also was just about ok. During our stay, their tandoor was not functional hence options were limited. The most difficult or dissapointing point about this resort is parking. It's quite congested and extremely difficult to navigate. There is no bar and spa available in this resort. Nearby areas include The Cheese factory, Mapro Garden, velocity Entertainment and various restaurants. Overall it was great experience staying with Useeka Resorts.

The resort has a great view of the Krishna Valley from the Gallery. There is a Shankar temple inside the resort which you should. visit. The resort chefs are highly skilled at making delicious dishes and the food was top-notch. Breakfast and dinner had amazing variety and I would recommend you get a meal included packages in your booking. The restaurant also has an amazing view. The staff is helpful and quick at service. The only major problem that made me give them an average rating was the electrical issues they had in the resort during my stay. The voltage fluctuated with the lights in the resort every 2 minutes and sometimes we were plunged into darkness with even the generator not working. They were trying to repair it but that made all our electrical appliances like TV, Exhaust, and Phones non-functional for major parts of 3 days. That lessened our stay experience to a certain degree. Also, my mobile charger went Kaput with all the voltage issues and I suffered a loss. I would like to highlight though that the entire staff was very courteous towards us and helped us in every way during our stay. They were empathetic and tried their best to handle the situation. But this problem should be solved quickly for a better guest experience. Overall the resort is great for early morning breathtaking views of the mountains and valley, food, and the overall service.

Wonderful stay at Useeka. The temple is especially peaceful and serene - loved spending time in the temple during aarti. The view from the pool is beautiful. The staff is courteous and helpful. Parking can be better - the path is quite steep.
