I had a miserable experience staying at this location, where we had stayed since it opened. There was a horrible B.O. smell when we entered the room. Thinking it was because the air conditioning had not been run, we turned on the air to 68, full blast to get rid of it. The smell seemed to go away. When laying in the bed, it felt like things were crawling on us! AND to make matters worse! The air conditioning turned off in the middle of the night. In the morning, I complained to the front desk person who explicitly told me that there was an occupancy sensor which turns the air off if it doesn't sense people in the room. I then called Hilton Customer Service after getting home from our trip, who gas lit me and said it was because I had it on a "fan" setting not "cool" mode, which was an absolute lie. I have called Hilton twice since and have been ignored. I cannot believe the lack of customer service (it has been over a month that I have tried to get compensation) and decency of this hotel! NEVER EVER STAY HERE. I will never be a Hilton Honors member again. Extremely disappointed.
