THE NIITTY GRITTY: 1. All adult guests will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability prior to arrival sent via email by owner. 2. Booking party is required to provide a copy of his/her Drivers' License along with signing and returning a copy of the Rental Agreement sent via email by owner. The terms of the Agreement are effective once the property is booked. 3. Guest Information Form must also be completed by booking party and returned to owner. A Welcome Letter will be provided to booking party prior to arrival. ****** September 1- March 31 ********* a pool heating fee of $45 per day will be charged and payable to owner outside of VRBO prior to check-in. 4. Great location for the price. We had a really nice trip. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and easy to get to Publix for groceries. Owner was helpful and the price was fair. We would go back.

Location is great, inside of house is clean. Pool area furniture is moldy; the white chairs have black mold that we tried to clean but there is too much. Deck furniture has a ripped cushion. For 1300 a night, I expected the pool to look at least close to the pictures.

PERFECT location to enjoy 30A Wow! What a beautiful home in truly the most ideal spot on 30A. All you want or need is close by without dealing with the crowds. The beach access is fantastic and without the crowds! This is our second stay and we WILL be back! Enjoy!

Nice house but worth the price?? Details matter! The house is nice and functional, but details matter when it comes to this price point. The pool is small and we couldn't get the lights to work which was disappointing for night swims. Also, on our first day, the pool guys showed up to service the pool which meant we couldn't use it for a few hours. A better schedule is needed for maintenance. The beach ACCESS is about a 2 or 3 minute walk as advertised, however, that does not include the steps to the sand! If you're like my family, we love the beach and want to stay most of the day which requires coolers, chairs, tents, etc. Not fun to haul all of that up and down more than 50 steps....Be prepared. We did rent a golf cart (I highly recommend) to make the trek to and from the access point more friendly. The TV remotes need to be replaced badly. We had one remote that worked out of about 5. There are no shutters or curtains on the living room windows and the neighbors are close! I love the natural light during the day, but a little more privacy at night would've been nice. Overall we had a good trip, but I'm not sure I'd rent this particular house/location again.

Great Location! Just wrapped a six day stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. Made great use of the quick beach access and the pool when we wanted a break from the waves. Exactly as advertised!

Absolutely Perfect Off the Clock was the perfect home for our family vacation and we had the best time ever! The house itself was immaculate and came equipped with everything you could ever need. The rooms are all comfortable and there was plenty of space for 6 adults + 4 kids. The location is also perfect. It was a 2-minute walk to the Gulf Lakes beach access, within walking distance to The Big Chill, and a short drive to many of our other favorites around 30A. We never had issues with the beach being overcrowded and were able to find plenty of space for ourselves the entire week we were there. The pool area was our favorite and where we ultimately ended up spending the majority of our time. We had four kids under 4yrs old, so they tired of the beach by lunch time each day. The pool area at Off the Clock was the perfect oasis for us to play and relax. At the end of the week, no one wanted to leave. We had the best stay and can't recommend it enough!

Great stay! A perfect house for us! Super close walk to the beach access. And the access was not that crowded for a holiday weekend. House fully stocked with anything you may need. The pool was great and had some afternoon and morning shade. The owner was super quick to respond with any questions. My only suggestion would be a couple more seating options in living room for a house that big. Otherwise, we would love to rent it again!!

Keep coming back! This beautiful home that is perfectly located just keeps us coming back! The home owner is very accommodating & kind. The kitchen is fully stocked as well as the rest of the home & it is beautifully decorated. We've enjoyed every minute of each of our stays here.
