Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, ample amenities, and convenient street parking, making it your ideal Seattle base. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome approximately 1159 sqft. It's 4 levels including the rooftop deck, and there a set of stairs leading up to the entry. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Dining room, kitchen, living room with Smart TV w/ AC • Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with full beds, bathroom. Heating only • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with Queen bed w/ AC, ensuite bath and walk-in closet, laundry • Fourth Floor: Rooftop deck with territorial views **Home Highlights** • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • Rooftop patio with comfortable outdoor furniture • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. Street parking is free and the neighborhood is safe. Please note that this is first-come, first-served basis. **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. . • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
