« Stayed here last week during heavy snowfall, and choosing this ryokan turned out to be the perfect decision. Check-in was detailed and thoughtful. The butler, who I believe was named Junko, spent about 30 minutes explaining the room, amenities, and house rules, using picture cards and translation tools due to limited English, which made the process clear and smooth. The room was cosy with a beautiful ocean view. The furnishings are not modern, but that is part of the charm, as it feels like stepping back into the 80s or 90s while still being well maintained and fully functional. Heating was sufficient even in temperatures of -5 to -10 degrees. The room was clean, and the bedding was prepared during dinner and folded again at breakfast, which made us feel very well taken care of. We pre-ordered dinner and breakfast via Trip.com and requested a beef and crab set in advance, which was accommodated. The portions were very generous, and while the food may not be top-tier, it was better than many ryokans I have stayed at. There is a private onsen available free for the first use for 45 minutes, with additional charges for subsequent sessions. The onsen closes daily at 10am for cleaning. The ryokan is located in Yunokawa Onsen, about 30 minutes from town. I recommend dining in, as going out requires a walk and staying in allows you to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, a very pampering stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a five-star level ryokan experience. »

« Fantastic City Center Stay with Relaxing Onsen My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless and convenient. The on-site hot spring was a real treat: clean, spacious, and with perfectly warm water that melted away all stress. Soaking there after a day out was pure bliss and true relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with quality bedding and all necessary amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was genuinely polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. « La ville de Bei Haide est très caractérisée, c'est un hôtel très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'extérieur de la fenêtre est la mer du Japon, vous pouvez voir beaucoup de tsunami. La maison n'est pas très petite, les installations devraient être exhaustives, une personne vivait très confortablement. »

« Le repas de l'hôtel est très bon, bien que de trois étoiles, mais le repas est absolument super-valué. Il a besoin d'améliorer la place où il peut ajouter une lave-vaisselle à la main, faciliter les touristes, son autre équipement de chambre et le sol sont plus anciens que les anciens, peut-être pas possible d'améliorer dans ce sens, Mais si chaque chambre peut fournir des vents et des touristes. Parce que son prix est relativement bas. Si vous ne voulez pas dépenser trop d'argent pour un ami qui habite, vous pouvez toujours envisager. Je suis le professeur Tony Chan, l'hôte du programme de la TV en direct à Taiwan, et je recommande enthousiasme l'hôtel. Le personnel de service de l'hôtel est très aimable pour les invités et activement enthousiasme à aider les clients. »

« Room is spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Love the memory foam pillow as well. Onsen is basic with just one 'pool'. Breakfast is the highlight of this hotel. You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good. My husband prefer the Japanese dining it is less chaotic compared to the buffet restaurant as it has less people. Location is great. Walking distance to a few tourists attraction. »

« La chambre était très spacieuse avec un balcon et bénéficiait d'un emplacement fantastique près de la plage, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il y avait deux chambres : une chambre de style japonais et une chambre standard. Un service de navette était proposé et irréprochable. Le dîner inclus était un vrai plus ! L'année dernière, je n'avais pas réservé un hôtel proposant le dîner et ce fut un désastre pendant le Nouvel An lunaire… »

« About 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone. Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable. Other than these, overall is satisfied. »

« 設施還是挺新的，大正和平成兩種風格的温泉各有特色吧，這次住的是大正風格的房間，希望下次有機會可以住住平成風格的。窗外望出去的海景還算ok，畢竟離海邊還有一小段距離。唯一不滿意的是房間內的空調不能調節，室內不開窗的話非常悶熱🥵，我甚至要脱衣服睡覺，室外再冷也應該把室內温度調節的權利交給客人，每個人對温度的體感並不一樣 »
