Serenity in Sedona, a nice place to stay 2-3 nights surrounded by the beautiful red rocks. Outstanding service. Easy check in process. Excellent valet/front desk/concierge and staff throughout the property. Prompt to respond to any requests at anytime (even during a rain/thunderstorm. Wonderful check out process. Overall great guest relations.

This place is fantastic, 5 stars!! No negatives, they are over the top perfect customer service and make the trip excellent! Cannot recommend this place enough!! It is beautiful, beds are comfortable, pool was perfect temp , perfectly clean, and spa was perfect!!

This resort is outstanding. The concept is unique and perfectly executed. It was an amazing intimate weekend for us. The staff is incredible and go out of their way to maximize your experience there. The units are very thoughtfully designed, and you feel like you are the only ones at the resort. Pool area is great. Restaurant is outstanding. I would highly recommend this stay.

Unreal experience. The nicest resort I’ve ever stayed. The room views are better in person, the website doesn’t do them justice. The service is unmatched. I’ve been to 4&5 star resorts in Scottsdale & Phoenix, Ambiente beats them all. Will recommend to all and go back annually.

The level of "over and above" quality service from the entire Ambiente' team was remarkable. Super pet friendly as well, which is very important to us. Ambiente' is a relatively new, high-end landscape hotel which offers privacy, has a very contemporary feel, all resulting in a very memorable stay for us.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. This is my 5th time staying (despite owning a home in Sedona). They have thought of every detail (from water on the bedside, to chocolates, to heated towel bars). The service is impeccable. All of the staff are extremely helpful. This place is truly a place you can relax and every piece is a step above. They still take the time to do turndown service and clean your room, along with all of the special touches. The spa is amazing and I love that they provide a driver service. It made things so seamless for the wedding we attended and all of the events. We'll be back!

The most amazing hotel experience I've ever had. Every detail was well thought out. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind and accomodating, and just treated us like royalty. The room was amazing. The rooftop was so cool. The only dissapointment was that it was cloudy, so we couldn't see too many stars! But everything else was top class.

The staff is absolutely amazing - best service I’ve ever had. The food is excellent, though the menu is a bit limited. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet and private, and the views - especially from the roof deck - are spectacular. Highly recommended.

We have traveled extensively all over the world and the service we experienced at Ambiente was the best we’ve ever had. The staff was extremely attentive and went above and beyond at all times to make sure our stay was perfect. The rooms are lovely, the views from the rooftop are amazing and the pool and hot tub were perfect. The only thing we would have changed when designing thus property is to not have the restaurant look directly at the hot tub. Not the best dinner view. Otherwise this property is a 10 and we highly recommended it.
