Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Selva, in a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the edge of the forest, 27 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property (fenced), large, beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 50 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 850 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1 km, bakery 950 m, bicycle rental 980 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Caimari 1 (58004)" 900 m, ferry "Port d'Alcúdia" 27 km, sandy beach "Port d'Alcúdia" 27 km.
