Évaluations de Ixo Hotel Semarang

Came there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the "system" so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan stasiun, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, kamar nyaman, besih,

Lokasi sangat strategis, di tengah kota. Harganya affordable. Bangunan juga masih baru. Tapi AC nggak dingin, dan minus nya yg harus bgt buat pertimbangan : kalau hujan banjir! Saya udah baca review tentang banjir, saya kira nggak akan mengganggu. Ternyata merepotkannn

Hotel kecil (Fyi sepertinya ngga bisa extrabed), tapi bersiiiihhh banget. Mantap pokoknya

Hotel ini lebih cocok untuk backpacker, krn kamarnya kecil, kamar mandi juga kecil, di dqlam kamar tidak ada lemari dan kursi. Lokasi strategis karena di pusat kota dan dekat ke mall paragon.

Overall bagus, bersih dan pelayananya oke bgt

hotel baru masih bersih ,dapat kamar lantai 1 minus gada lemari ama meja

water heaternya tidak terlalu panas, lantai wc licin
