Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

Si vous avez votre propre moyen de transport, l'endroit n'est en fait pas trop loin de Kota Lama et il est entouré de nombreux endroits agréables. Le réceptionniste était sympathique, la chambre est correcte pour le prix et ils ont un restaurant avec une belle vue et un prix raisonnable. Je n'ai pas pris de photos, mais cela ressemble beaucoup à ce qu'il y a sur Internet. Le plus gros point négatif est que vous pouvez entendre assez clairement si les gens parlent / marchent dans le couloir.

Le voyage familial à Magelang et nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Whiz à Semarang. Le café est facile à passer dans le hall, le personnel était très humble, internet à grande vitesse, direction kiblat, eau chaude et avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. A l'extérieur, nous avons été accueillis par le humble Hotel Manager Pa Joko, et nous serons certainement de retour et de séjour. Kudos !!

Nous vivons ici. Le personnel du bureau frontal est super amiable. Vous pouvez dire qu'ils sont minutieux sur les protocoles COVID - le bureau frontal a des boucliers et tout le personnel porte une masque appropriée. La chambre est très confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et il était très bon petit déjeuner non votre typique nazi goreng et omelette! Bon boulot chef! Si vous voulez vraiment profiter du paysage à la toit / piscine, la piscine sur le site étaient de grande ampleur et offres la meilleure vue sur Semarang Downtown. Je recommande très fort cet hôtel !

Le meilleur hôtel pour le prix lors de mon récent voyage d'affaires en Indonésie !! Non seulement la chambre était en bon état, mais elle était même nettoyée ! Comme je suis resté peu de temps, je n'ai pas pu utiliser la piscine, mais j'ai vraiment envie d'y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage d'affaires à Semarang !!!!

Nyaman sekali. Kayak rumah ke 2 tapi sayang check innya saklek jadi gak bs early ci jam 12 atau jam 1 siang. Kamar nyaman. Ac dingin. Makanannya enak dan murah dgn harga 28rb all item. Enak pokoknya.

Pour le goût de la nourriture est très bon, j'aime l'insalate le plus, car le poisson avec les épices 1 est moins suffisant pour la salle de réunion là-bas. Pour le déjeuner servi comme dans le bon endroit, nous devons confirmer qu'il s'agit parfois d'un déchet, parce que nous utilisons d'autres hôtels qui ne sont pas comme ça. Le café se déchire jusqu'à ce qu'il soit fini. Il n'y a pas de contrôle quand les boutiques des filles sont beaucoup de vin. Faites-moi l'expérience.
