Non seulement la chambre était en bon état, mais elle était même nettoyée !
Comme je suis resté peu de temps, je n'ai pas pu utiliser la piscine, mais j'ai vraiment envie d'y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage d'affaires à Semarang !!!!

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

L'hôtel est très bon. L'avantage de cet hôtel parce que l'hôtel devient partie du centre de DP, l'hôtel est très propre et très bon personnel.J'ai arrivée avant 2PM et ils m'ont laissé passer plus tôt sans frais, J'ai perdu mon montre pendant le séjour et le personnel de nettoyage a informé qu'elle a mis sur l'autre côté de la table et ma fille a également laissé sa veste dans la salle de bain extérieure (pas dans notre chambre) et nous l'avons trouvé sur le bureau de la réception. The room is very nice although quite small. I went with my family of three and asked for one extra towel & toothbrush but not given because of the hotel policy. It would be nice if we could have one because we only have 1 child. I recommend the hotel to relax this policy and would consider giving 5 stars. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is recommended for everyone to try.

Probably this hotel had better times, but the pandemi hit hard. Room okay. Bathroom dirty. Very dirty! I didn't make picture, but it was gross. Hot water. AC was okay. Restaurant closed. Parking is inside and you need some skills. Quite challenging. The infinity pool at the 30'th floor is nice. U can see all the city.

L'hôtel est trop petit, donc la voiture doit se remettre pour finir le tour.
??? Conception étrange : localisation du code QR (pour le service/ menu de l'hôtel) au centre-dessous de la table.
Le petit déjeuner offre du jus frais (pomme, carotte, dragon rouge). 10 secondes à pied jusqu'au centre de DP. La zone de jeu des enfants est décente et agréable. 3 minutes à pied à Lawang Sewu.

Dengan budget segitu menginap di tengah pusat kota lama semarang merupakan harga yg sangat wajar dan opsi terbaik utk saat ini. Pasti akan kembali kesini lgi klau menginap di semarang.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel lobby feels like an art museum and it’s absolutely beautiful. The hotel and rooms are as seen in pictures and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Grabbing to and from the airport was convenient as it is within a 20 minute distance. Food places nearby were very convenient to grab or walk to - especially the nearby babi guling dewata shop that had juicy, succulent sate. The rooftop bar was a great place to hangout and the drinks were pretty nice. Only tip is to slather on mosquito repellent or wear long pants. Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely not hesitate to come back again in future!

Lorsque j'ai fait une réservation via le site MyHorison, je n'ai pas reçu un numéro de confirmation par mon courriel, mais seulement trois lignes de messages confirmant que j'ai réussi à faire la réservation (sans mention du numéro de confirmation) et une suggestion de contacter un numéro whatsapp si je n'avais pas reçu un autre courriel confirmant mon paiement après 30 minutes. En attendant plus de 30 minutes, je n'ai pas reçu le numéro de confirmation, puis j'ai contacté le Whatsapp plus Whatsapp numéro de cet hôtel spécifique. Ils ont besoin d'heures pour me envoyer mon numéro de confirmation de la réservation de la chambre, et quand ils ont finalement fait, la confirmation a montré que ma réservation était ”non payée” (mais en fait j'ai payé la chambre en utilisant ma carte de crédit). À la date de l'enregistrement, j'ai donné l'impression de l'e-mail court et la confirmation de la chambre avec statut non payé au récepteur. Elle a pris une photo de ces documents, et a demandé un certain nombre de moi, que je n'avais pas, donc je lui ai donné un message de ma carte de crédit qui montre que j'ai payé la transaction. Elle a pris une photo de mon SMS de mon téléphone portable et a finalisé le processus, et m'a donné la clé de ma chambre. Cet hôtel doit certainement apprendre d'autres hôtels sur la façon de mettre à niveau leur technologie pour leur processus de réservation sans douleur.

Le petit déjeuner était inclus et il était très bon petit déjeuner non votre typique nazi goreng et omelette! Bon boulot chef! Si vous voulez vraiment profiter du paysage à la toit / piscine, la piscine sur le site étaient de grande ampleur et offres la meilleure vue sur Semarang Downtown. Je recommande très fort cet hôtel !

IInvitéI was interested in staying at this hotel because of its unique location in a residential complex and the beautiful atmosphere around the hotel. I made a reservation through booking.com, all processes until I checked in everything went smoothly, the check-in process was very efficient, no more than 3 minutes. However, all thoughts of enjoying a clean and quiet room, and the desire to enjoy the surroundings of the hotel through the bedroom window, vanished in an instant. My eyes immediately found strands of hair on the couch and also on the bathroom floor, and the bedroom window was closed with an iced glass window which made sure I couldn't see anything from the room, let alone enjoy the natural atmosphere that had been beautiful in my mind. DISAPPOINTED. TIPS : 1. Please be careful when getting off the vehicle in front of the hotel lobby, because that area is also a road for residential residents, so make sure it is safe before you get out of the vehicle, because sometimes from the left and right vehicles pass by at high speed. 2. Make sure that your room's window is _see through_ so that you will not _trapped_ in a room with NO view!

GgreenluigiredmarioMa famille était vacances et choisit de rester à l'hôtel Pandanaran parce que la situation est vraiment bonne, au centre de la ville et il y a beaucoup de villes qui voient être visité à proximité de l'hôtel, comme Lawang Sewu, Tugu Muda, Simpang Lima et la chose la plus importante est facile à acheter “oleh-oleh khans Semarang” parce que Pandaran Road est le centre de Oleh-oleh et il y a aussi beaucoup de rue de nourriture autour de l'hôtel si facile à trouver les aliments Et il était facile pour nous de visiter un magasin comme celui-ci Paragon Mall et CL Last but not least we have the connected room with city view What a great holiday

WWarlordJe suis venu là pour découvrir que ma chambre a été annulée. Leur raisonnement est que les chambres sont en partenariat avec OYO et que beaucoup de chambres ont été annulées par le ”système”, donc il n'y avait pas de chambres pour moi à vérifier ce jour-là.
J'ai demandé une restitution en espèces et ils ont refusé. Ils ont promis que la restitution serait faite via l'application Trip, mais quand on a demandé comment fonctionne la restitution, personne ne pouvait expliquer.
Enfin, je leur ai demandé à nouveau la disponibilité de la chambre parce que je suis sûr qu'ils avaient au moins quelques chambres disponibles. Je leur ai dit qu'il était de leur responsabilité de me fournir une chambre, même si les chambres disponibles sont plus coûteuses que ce que j'ai payé.
Ils m'ont dit que j'avais une chambre, exactement comme celle pour laquelle j'avais payé.
Le reste du séjour était super.
Je voudrais revenir à l'hôtel et visiter l'hôtel, espérant que cette expérience soupçonnée ne sera pas répétée lors de ma prochaine visite.
