Probably this hotel had better times, but the pandemi hit hard. Room okay. Bathroom dirty. Very dirty! I didn't make picture, but it was gross. Hot water. AC was okay. Restaurant closed. Parking is inside and you need some skills. Quite challenging. The infinity pool at the 30'th floor is nice. U can see all the city.

Lors de l'utilisation de la salle de réunion, le personnel est ami mais un peu moins énergique, surtout les jeunes femmes comme elles n'ont pas le gthu. Pour le goût de la nourriture est très bon, j'aime l'insalate le plus, car le poisson avec les épices 1 est moins suffisant pour la salle de réunion là-bas. Pour le déjeuner servi comme dans le bon endroit, nous devons confirmer qu'il s'agit parfois d'un déchet, parce que nous utilisons d'autres hôtels qui ne sont pas comme ça. Le café se déchire jusqu'à ce qu'il soit fini. Il n'y a pas de contrôle quand les boutiques des filles sont beaucoup de vin. Faites-moi l'expérience.

Je n'ai pas pris de photos, mais cela ressemble beaucoup à ce qu'il y a sur Internet. Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

hôtel bon, confortable à se reposer, emplacement statique, proche de Spbu, Alpha n indo mart, beaucoup de cafés, beaucoup de places par wingko babat n lumpia, la nourriture dans le restaurant est délicieux, Il y a une somme dim ouvert 24 heures n piscine et gym devant la restaurant, le choix de l'hôtel horizon dans la vieille ville de Semarang

The room is very nice although quite small. I went with my family of three and asked for one extra towel & toothbrush but not given because of the hotel policy. It would be nice if we could have one because we only have 1 child. I recommend the hotel to relax this policy and would consider giving 5 stars. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is recommended for everyone to try.
