it's perfect, even better than a regular five star hotel, service is great, lobby is fabulous, breakfast is outrageous abundant, room is nice, the view is pool view which I.deeply regret not choosing the first floor room which can own a entrance to the poor.

Kamarnya cukup bagus Fasilitas juga menunjang Tp sedikit catatan, seprei/selimut kurang bersih dan beberapa furnitur ada yg berdebu dan terdapat sarang laba2 Mungkin bisa sedikir lebih teliti saat cleaning kamar Sisanya sudah bagus semua

En général, il est bon, il est rapide et la chambre est belle. Seuls lorsque vous utilisez le toilet n'est pas en bonne apparence. La couleur de blanc est devenue sombre devrait être remplacée.

Le meilleur hôtel pour le prix lors de mon récent voyage d'affaires en Indonésie !! Non seulement la chambre était en bon état, mais elle était même nettoyée ! Comme je suis resté peu de temps, je n'ai pas pu utiliser la piscine, mais j'ai vraiment envie d'y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage d'affaires à Semarang !!!!

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

L'hôtel est très bon. L'avantage de cet hôtel parce que l'hôtel devient partie du centre de DP, l'hôtel est très propre et très bon personnel.J'ai arrivée avant 2PM et ils m'ont laissé passer plus tôt sans frais, J'ai perdu mon montre pendant le séjour et le personnel de nettoyage a informé qu'elle a mis sur l'autre côté de la table et ma fille a également laissé sa veste dans la salle de bain extérieure (pas dans notre chambre) et nous l'avons trouvé sur le bureau de la réception. The room is very nice although quite small. I went with my family of three and asked for one extra towel & toothbrush but not given because of the hotel policy. It would be nice if we could have one because we only have 1 child. I recommend the hotel to relax this policy and would consider giving 5 stars. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is recommended for everyone to try.

Le voyage familial à Magelang et nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Whiz à Semarang. Le café est facile à passer dans le hall, le personnel était très humble, internet à grande vitesse, direction kiblat, eau chaude et avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. A l'extérieur, nous avons été accueillis par le humble Hotel Manager Pa Joko, et nous serons certainement de retour et de séjour. Kudos !!

hôtel bon, confortable à se reposer, emplacement statique, proche de Spbu, Alpha n indo mart, beaucoup de cafés, beaucoup de places par wingko babat n lumpia, la nourriture dans le restaurant est délicieux, Il y a une somme dim ouvert 24 heures n piscine et gym devant la restaurant, le choix de l'hôtel horizon dans la vieille ville de Semarang
