My team recently stayed at this hotel and their overall experience was very positive. The rooms were very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable for them to rest after long working hours. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely a place we would consider again for future work trips. Thank you. Regards.

We were shocked and surprised when we arrived Ellys Home on 9 April. There is a Malay staff waiting for us at the entrance and he informed us our stay is changed to Paly Hotel (just next to Ellys Home). The staff passed us a call from the owner of Ellys Home. She said it is Trip.com error that the website still allow and confirm the booking even the Ellys Home is already fully booked. Therefore, she arranged for us the replacement at Paly Hotel. Generally, Paly Hotel is good. However, it is better to update the travelers in advance for any changes (instead of informing only on that day on the spot). We have no choice to accept the change and this caused inconvenience to update our travel agency in last minute. For this reason, I will not recommend others to make bookings via Trip.com.

Bilik sangat cantik sesuai untuk keluarga… kemudahan pun lengkap tapi lantai sangat kotor macam sebulan tidak kena bersih/mop… kalau tiada orang tempah kenalah bersihkan juga, tapak kaki saya hitam sebab lantai nya.. Harap2 di bersihkan sentiasa.

房間挺大的，但是我們到太晚了，第二天一大早就出門了，對房間沒有什麼感覺，位置走路到碼頭大概15分鐘，很不錯了的，門口車車你告訴他是哪個酒店都能給你送到酒店的喜歡，老闆很好溝通因為畢竟是國人

很幸運選擇愛麗家，北京老闆很熱情，遠程溝通都能做到輕鬆愉快😀 辦事超雷利～ 他家是我在仙本那同等價位住的最寬敞舒服的，孩子還能看電視～ 位置離中心和碼頭很方便，門口還有兩家4.8評分的中西餐，還是難得清靜的地段，門口也敞亮。老闆推薦的一日遊跳島服務團隊也超級給力，有單人全程陪我5歲的孩子下海漂着玩，孩子超開心，我超放心～下次我來一定提前訂，衹住他家🎉🏠

1樓有點臭，但房間是乾淨的，中國老闆溝通起來方便，由於我們飛機延誤3個小時，所以去到很晚12點多，沒人開門，聯繫攜程。街上已經沒有人了，所以還是要提前跟老闆説幾點到。 房間水很小，沒熱水。沖涼房鏡子燈一閃一閃的。

設施：很齊全，應有盡有 衞生：在這個小鎮上，粉色風格，而且很乾凈 環境：房間很大，很舒適 服務：服務很好，工作人員會幫忙搬行李，老闆是北京人兒吧，很是豪爽

提前一個月訂的，訂的家庭房，結果聯繫我説沒看到，沒房間了，叫我們換去帕利，我們一起訂了兩間房衹換一間去帕利，我們不同意，就説跟其他人協商好了，我們不用換了，結果一個月後入住的時候還是把我們那間家庭房給了別人，給我們換了一間房去帕利，前台服務還很差勁，因為這個事溝通浪費了我們一個多小時時間，導致沒時間去海鮮市場買海鮮了，還弄了一肚子氣！體驗超級差

房間很大，很方便，出門去兩個碼頭步行都15分鐘左右，附近很多吃飯的，沒有碼頭那麼嘈雜，以後去仙本那還住這裏
