Spacious room🤩🤩🤩🤩, comfortable🤩🤩🤩🤩 pillow and bed, very clean and modern,🤩🤩🤩🤩 and most important is very helpful staffs. 💜💜💜💜💜. Good view of beach, near Sasaku.....breakfast are variative. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 makes me want to go back here again later

We got the best deal rate with a sea view room. Hospitality all of the staff is the best. There’s a mini zoo and playground which is kids friendly. The staff held a competition and made my kids happy. We enjoy staying here. Thank you, Aruna, we’ll be back here next time 👌

Very good service, beautiful room and overall an amazing hotel. They have two pools and you can even have a massage in your room!! The breakfast was a buffet and very lovely and lots of different options. The area is very quiet and perfect for relaxing.

The hotel location was great. The building is old. I was staying in room that spreads surrounding pool area. So there is no natural view except other rooms and back walls of other hotel. The room is just for you to sleep and rest.

The staff is very nice & helpfull. Hotel is very strategic near town. The bed is very comfortable and aircond is really superb. Lombok weather is very hot so a cold aircond is very very very needed. Really recommended for all to try this hotel.

Hotel was well maintained, breakfast buffet was good and it is good quality and good spread of food . Location was good as well. Massage was good as well. But room can be a bit noisy as it is along a road. Beach in front of hotel is clean but not at other stretches of the beach.

I'm Having a pleasant stay with fams in aruna during this weekend.. comfortable and chill room.. i stayed in 505.. this hotel had a very good location (quite near from souvenir shop n some groceries and fruit mart), variation of breakfast and the reception staff are also very nice and kind.. love their smile.. especially mb opy, thanks aruna for having us.. keep up the hospitality.. 😊

Hotel nice but it is not one for holidays as they hold conferences here so we were unlucky that during our time here we were disturbed. Their focus was on the people attending the conference. During breakfast the whole dining room was set up for the conference and they allowed smoking where they shouldn’t be. The noise level from the music from the bar also went on beyond midnight. Unfortunately our room facing the sea also had bars which played music until one o’clock in the morning and one had the constant noise of traffic.
