Avis : Ocean Blue Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Blue Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and wellequipped, great value for the price. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. Waking up to the sunrise and ocean view from the balcony was truly the highlight of my stay. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm side of Jeju.

I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

It’s quite reasonable as per the price.

I recently attended a conference in Jeju and chose your hotel for its proximity to the Jeju ICC. The location was indeed convenient, surrounded by various tourist attractions such as Jusangjeolli Cliff, African Museum, Jungmun Saekdal Beach, and the Cheonjeyeon Waterfall. I opted for a deluxe room with a double bed and a single bed, suitable for those traveling with a family. Nevertheless, I would like to share some feedback from our stay that could contribute to an improved guest experience. Firstly, despite booking both rooms simultaneously almost a month in advance, my friend and I were assigned different facilities. My room, situated on a lower floor, offered a less-than-ideal view, while my friend enjoyed a room on the 3rd floor. This discrepancy was confusing, especially considering online records still showed available rooms. Furthermore, the temperature control in my room posed challenges. The AC couldn't be adjusted, and there was no remote provided. Turning off the AC manually led to an uncomfortably warm room, aggravated by the absence of a fan. As a temporary solution, we resorted to opening the window, but this introduced a security concern due to easy terrace access from outside. Additionally, I observed a variance in cleaning standards. While I recognize the importance of adhering to cleaning protocols, the cleanliness of the room fell below expectations. Despite these concerns, I must acknowledge the commendable location and room amenities. However, addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance overall guest satisfaction. I appreciate your attention to these matters and trust that you will take the necessary steps to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience for future guests. good central location. No breakfast is fine

호텔에 전체적으로 개선이 필요하다고 생각합니다. 먼저 첫째로, 습한 분위기 때문에 곰팡이가 많습니다. 처음 고층 오션뷰로 예약했는데 방에 곰팡이가 너무 심해서 바꿔달라고 요청해서 아래층 방으로 변경했습니다. 그래도 아래층 방은 곰팡이가 덜하고 처음 방보다 괜찮아서 오션뷰를 포기하고 머물렀습니다. 그리고 습해서 에어컨이라도 켜볼려 했는데 난방과 송풍만 되어 카운터에 말해서 켜달라고 하였습니다. 안내로는 계절에 따라 난방 냉방으로 해주신다는데 요즘날씨는 많이 더운거 같은데 냉방을 말해야만 킬수 있다는게 신기했습니다 또한 방에 제습기를 놓으면 좋을것 같습니다. 그리고 방 키는 열쇠로 여는 방식입니다. 좋은 점은 지하 주차장이 있다는 것입니다. 그리고 연박 시에는 청소하면서 수건과 비품을 잘 갈아주시고 칫솔과 치약이 제공되어서 구매하지 않아도 되어 편리하고 드라이기 있다는점 입니다. 만약 인프라 좋은곳 찾으시면 여긴 아니고 조용한곳 찾는다 하면 아주 좋아요 그리고 컨벤션센터가 아주 가깝고 옆에 아프리카 박물관이 바로 있어서 색다른 박물관 경험을 할수 있습니다.

地理位置很好，服務人員講中文，服務態度很好。房間環境設定夠用

무인이라서 편하고 좋았습니다. 2박을 예약했었고, 중간에 다른 호텔을 예약하게 되서 취소할 일이 생겼는데, 취소가 전혀 안되는 거여서 잠깐 들러서 안에만 보고 나왔네요.

제주부영ICC 출장 자라면 그리고 숙박비에 제한 있으면 여기 강추

設施：房間有冰箱 房間的淋浴設備水壓很足 但是一次性拖鞋很薄 衞生：還行 環境：隔音一般，樓道有人能聽到，但是周圍晚上挺安靜的 主要是離ICC會議中心比較近，步行十分鐘左右就能到，性價比還可以。開會很方便，但是周圍吃的比較少，便利店要走一段距離。

깨끗합니다. 다만 룸이 너무 작아서 그 점이 감점이에요.

距離icc會議中心是真的非常近，非常的方便，如果不是特別講究的話，在這睡睡覺，白天出去玩，性價比很好的。前台有會説中文的老闆和店員，見面也都很客氣。

五星好評給酒店經理，我們一家三口，老闆上午就讓提前入住了，要不真不知道怎麼去逛。周邊有景點，想體驗純天然海邊景色可以來住，海景房直接看海上日出🌄。
