Staffs service are awesome. Downside for the hotel is that, it’s slightly different from other places, Andaz. Their rooms aren’t that luxurious and we were surprised that the in room slippers are very normal, doesn’t even have the word Andaz on it.

From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the elegant and contemporary atmosphere, which was a true testament to the unique beauty that this hotel has to offer. The service was excellent, with the staff demonstrating a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was not just good, but genuinely impressive, with an extensive selection of dishes that catered to different tastes. The traditional Korean options were a particular delight, providing a delectable taste of local culture right at my breakfast table.
Moreover, the hotel's location was a major plus point. The convenience offered made exploring Seoul much more manageable and enjoyable. Everything was within a reasonable distance, and access to public transport was quite straightforward.
