Avis : Hotel the Castle 2

The location wasn’t bad. It was close by a bunch of eateries and if you wanted to go out on the town, it’s a good spot. It is also not far from KSPO Dome which is the main reason I booked the room. Unfortunately, those are the only positives. The room I was given looked nothing like the images on the site. The place was dusty, which triggered my allergies. The towels and robes did not seem clean, I was so skeptical about whether I should use them. There was no turn down service, which was disappointing because every hotel room I’ve been in so far has had that. I would leave my room to go out for the day and come back with a fresh set of towels, a freshly made bed and replenished amenities. This place didn’t do that. And the only amenities was a tiny bar of soap. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room to boil water for the tea they left. The place just seemed more like a dingy motel than a hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable staying in that place at all. The staff were sweet, they smiled and greeted me. But honestly speaking, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Lovely stay! We only spent 1 day, so I don't have too much to say. However, the staff was polite, the room was clean and we were provided with free water and coffee on the 2nd floor. I would stay here again :)

Booked a suite and had a window with a view of a brick wall. Was looking forward to being able to see the city. Checked in and went up to the room and plugged my phone charger into the wall and tripped the breaker for the entire room. Had some problems with the key not working.

位置好，旁邊就是樂天塔，樓下是小吃街

2時間早くついてしまいましたが入れていただけました。フロントの方は優しかったです。部屋にゴミが1個だけ落ちていましたが対応が良かったので目をつぶれました。また泊まりたいです

為了看演唱會訂的, 單以位置來算, 是不錯, 但其實可以有其他選擇, 例如弘大, 東大門的, 雖然要乘車, 但至少周邊環境好一些, 晚上也可以安心遛達, 在這邊, 出門有不少HOTEL STAY 及MOTEL, 且很多一群一群的人在路邊喝酒, 抽煙, 還是挺不安的. 房間空間還好, 但設施簡陋, 房間浴室地上濕濕的, 整潔度不好.

방도 많이 예뻤고 청결하면서 2층에서 웰컴드링크나 커피도 즐길수있었어서 정말 좋았어요!

호텔 주변 맛집이 많아서 데이트하기 좋았어요! 역이랑 가까운 편이라 이용하기 좋았습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 잘 쉬다 갑니다~ 무엇보다 2층 무료 사이다 최고👍🏻

需要提醒搞衞生。房間有中國電源

교통 및 먹거리가 다양한곳에 위치해서 밤새도록 놀기 좋은곳이에요. 간만에 만난 친구들과 즐겁게 보냈답니다.

部屋自体はキレイな印象を受けましたが、バスローブやコップの側に髪の毛が落ちていてすごく残念でした。(写真4枚目、5枚目) 蚕室でのコンサートに合わせて宿泊し帰って寝るだけでしたので、清掃面以外は特に不満はないです。 ロッテワールドタワーやソクチョン湖から近いですが、ホテルのある通りは繁華街なので女性は夜出歩く際は少し気をつけた方がいいかもしれません。飲み屋やモーテルが多い雰囲気なので、夜は騒がしいです。 22時すぎにチェックインしたところ、外からの騒音が気になりフロントに話をして別の部屋に変更してもらいました。 部屋はかなり広くて大きなスーツケースを広げても余裕でした。バスルームは床がビショビショになる構造で使い勝手があまり良くないですが、バスタブが大きいのは良かったです。

アメニティがたくさんついきた。 日本語を少し喋れるスタッフもいて安心だった。
