Premier Inn Sevenoaks

Not one of the best Premier Inns. The room was good….the usual standard, as expected. The bar are was uninviting and rather overpriced. The car park is a short distance from the hotel and in a rather dark, isolated spot. Not somewhere my partner felt happy to go to unaccompanied.

Beds were surprisingly comfy. All staff members I saw, seemed really nice. Breakfast was also tasty. Rooms were clean to a high standard. Good location right by the train station as well. Parking is a couple minutes walk away and is free from 6.30pm to 8.30am as well.

Had a very nice experience at this certain premier inn, all staff were lovely especially Jed in the smart clothing - was running around making sure everything was to a standard. Rooms were pretty spotless and bed was cosiest I’ve slept in all year

Stayed here for 3 nights during Easter break 2025. Was in room 2 on the ground floor. Staff and service was very good. However, this premier inn failed to deliver on the sleep comfort. The room air conditioning was not working properly. It required maintenance. Staff tried setting it up to max cooling but after a couple of hours it stopped working again. Hence couldn't sleep properly. Staff were helpful to provide a fan. The beds were also uncomfortable as all of us had back pains sleeping on it. The rooms and toilets are also worned out, the water/toilet smells of iron which means that the pipes have become old/rusty. Food in the restaurant is okay like any other premier inn. Breakfast was very basic too. Parking is 3-4 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel is opposite the station but 15-20 mins hilly walk to the town centre. I expected better from Premier inn.

I came to stay at this premier inn with my family this weekend, and it was the bog standard premier in. However, I’ve just wanted to give a shout out to the girl with the blue hair. I didn’t manage to catch her name. She was absolutely phenomenal when we were at breakfast before checking out on Sunday morning (23.03) and she couldn’t of done more. I did feel very sorry for her as we arrived for breakfast just after seven and the restaurant quickly became full. There was several people that were waiting to be seated for breakfast and some people asking her to pay for breakfast. There was also a few people asking her for porridge and she was running round trying to get this all done by herself and apologising profusely when people had to wait an extended time to receive the porridge or be seated for breakfast. There was another staff member that was making the odd appearance here, and there awhile after we had arrived for breakfast. When I did see her on a few occasions in the restaurant, she was walking very slowly, not seeming to do much while the girl with the blue hair was running round doing it all. I also saw the other girl standing at the reception desk on her phone, while the blue haired girl was running round, trying to accommodate the guests and was making sure that they were happy and apologising for any delays. Perhaps more staff is needed on on a busy morning or better staff to support her. Once again 10 out of 10 for the blue haired girl despite being busy, she made sure we had everything we needed. Not having a car park is a bit of a nuisance, but there is a car park. I shall walk away.
