The first floor is completely private, closed off from the remaining of the house and currently occupied by the owners. Douglas Lake Resort includes amenities such as a community pool open during the summer from June through August, a boat launch area, and a walking trail to enjoy nature's beauty. Water sport rentals are available nearby.
