The hotel is good for families going to the theme park . Unfortunately it was raining season in Sep so we did not get to enjoy much of the rides as it was raining everyday in the late afternoon and night.
Only our last night the rain stop.Location is good next to the hotel is the mall and great for families too but there is not any shelter walkway yo mall.
Hope the hotel can feed back to Mayor of the town council to build a covered walk way.
The breakfast was good too and we enjoyed.
Will recommend to friends and family who dont wish to go Genting for theme park and waterpark.
As for the room it was nice and the view we got was nice too
Tq for the cake as we also celebrate my niece B’day when we were they.
Will definately come again next year.

Disappointing Experience at Mardhiyyah Hotel
I recently stayed at Mardhiyyah Hotel Shah Alam, and unfortunately, I was left quite disappointed with my experience. Upon checking in, I found a tin of Coke left on the table in my room. When I called housekeeping, they simply came and took it away without even apologizing or offering to change the room. Having worked in hospitality myself, I know this is not acceptable service.
Additionally, our room did not include breakfast, so we paid RM50 per person. However, the breakfast service was subpar. Despite there not being many guests at the time, it took more than half an hour to refill the nasi lemak, and other food items weren’t topped up at all. I felt like I was paying RM50 for very little in return.
When I approached a waitress (middle-aged, free hair, wearing glasses) to inquire about the delays, she completely ignored me. After I mentioned that I had paid RM50, she continued to disregard me and instead talked to the other waitstaff, who all stared at me. It was a truly frustrating and unprofessional experience.
I believe the general manager of Mardhiyyah Hotel needs to review staff training, especially in customer service, and ensure that food replenishment is timely. This experience was not up to the standard I expected, and I hope the management addresses these issues.

Strategic location. Just a walking distance to mall & have 2 food truck area nearby the hotel. Nice view of masjid shah alam 👍 breakfast is ok. Parking is free for in-house guest but the ramp quite narrow. Overall good.

Recently did a last-minute staycation with my husband to celebrate his birthday, and we decided to go just outside KL. Here's a quick review:
Check-in time: 3pm.
Check-out time: 12noon.
RM100 deposit required at check-in.
Free parking (just validate your Touch ‘n Go card whenever you exit).
Room was clean, with a comfy double bed (1.5m wide) and sofa bed.
Separate toilet and shower area, and if you need amenities like a toothbrush, just call the staff.
Has a connecting room option.
Limited TV channels, but the quality’s clear.
In-room dining menu is on a TV channel!.
We skipped breakfast to sleep in and recharge before picking up the kids. Definitely a relaxing spot for a quick getaway!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was great and the amenities were good. I especially liked the fact that the service at the hotel was wonderful as all the staff there were very nice, friendly and helpful. I was also impressed when I saw that there was a place where herbs/vegetables were grown at the premises. The breakfast was satisfying and tasty too. It was a lovely weekend stay for us.

J'ai réservé 2 chambres, mais quand je suis arrivé, je n'ai eu qu'une chambre, l'autre chambre n'était pas prête.L'hôtel a mis jusqu'à 30 à 40 minutes pour donner la clé de la deuxième chambre.
Eau stagnante dans la salle de bain. Cette situation est dangereuse et peut provoquer des glissades. Veuillez y remédier.

NnornadiashaharJ'ai vérifié hier et ils ont un problème avec l'internet pour toute la journée, donc je ne suis pas en mesure de faire mon travail. Et pour aujourd'hui ils n'ont remplacé qu'un serviette dans ma chambre. J'ai appelé le personnel de la réception demander un serviette, elle a dit bien. Après 5 minutes, un gars de la réception donne un appel et mentionne qu'ils n'ont pas de stock pour le toilet!! Comment peut-il être?? J'ai appelé à la réception, une dame a pris mon appel et elle a dit que bien elle le fera venir. Merci. Donc la question ici, qu'est-ce qui se passe avec ce type ??? 1er il n'y a pas de connexion Internet le premier jour, chanceux le deuxième jour il retourne à la normale. Le 2e jour vous n'avez pas remplacé deux serviettes dans la chambre, le 3e jour vous rappelez que vous n'avez pas assez de serviettes pour me donner une serviette seulement?? Et cette dame m'apporte la serviette. Les chambres sont confortables et confortables.

HHibernated Mil y est allé en février ... il était un bon séjour pour 2 nuits ... simple et bon petit déjeuner ... personnel ami ... check-in et check-out horaire est superb ... pas d'attente ... le centre est proche ... ont un restaurant servant de la nourriture occidentale dans la même ligne que l'hôtel ...

The double queen room on the 3rd floor is neat and orderly, there is a window mirror 🤩 but I didn't have time to clean myself, so I changed THREE rooms, king and single beds, because my sister stayed the night there and I asked the hotel management to arrange a change of room for my request and I got a triple room on the first floor G as soon as there is a vacancy👍😍. FACILITIES are provided by the hotel, bath soap/tissues/bath shower, 24-hour heating / iron and those who want to wash their clothes have to go down to the G floor below. The best thing is to use this application to compare the prices and I get the promotional price from the hotel and I redeem the voucher on the Trip.com application

UUtilisateur anonymeeverything is good. the place near to setia city mall. the price is affordable and suit w the unit. the view also nice since i got the the top floor. the unit also clean and we love it so much. it would be nice if owner provide iron and hairdryer. the tv also work very well. unfortunately we have some trouble to find the place since it's very complicated. maybe owner can improve it by making video how to reach there instead of giving pics only. thanks!

IInvitéLa raison pour laquelle j'ai réservé cet hôtel est que l'hôtel est situé à un endroit stratégique si l'occupant a un événement au Centre de Convention MBSA sur la route opposée. Une fois entré dans la chambre, j'ai découvert que le câble de réfrigérateur est trop court pour être connecté, de sorte que je ne peux pas utiliser le réfrigérateur pendant mon séjour à cet hôtel. J'ai également vérifié avec le personnel de l'hôtel et j'ai découvert qu'il n'y avait pas de Wi-Fi disponible dans cet hôtel, il était précédemment inscrit dans la liste des installations avant de faire la réservation. Il n'y a pas de tissus fournis, même une boîte de tissus faciaux, notre toilette n'a pas de tissus fournis. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.
