the room was not as expected. it looks messy but anyway it’s a good stay and have a nice view. there’s a small shop and mynews near to lobby so it’s convenient.

So far so good. Near to location I need to go.just five minutes walk

The unit is in a state of poor maintenance.

First Trip.com didn't inform me that is a AB&B style accommodation. We also didn't receive any instructions on how to proceed on check-in or key collection. After calling the number given in the booking slip then only the service provider send us the check-in steps. Upon check-in we noticed the pillow casing & bedsheets were dirty, covered with stains and probably not changed. Informed the service provider who insisted that they were changed and stains come from unremoval stains. We didn't pay for a service which we are not comfortable to sleep on. After some exchanges the service provider even told us we can find some other hotel and he will refund us. Hello that was around 8pm and after much debacle he agreed to send his staff to change into a cleaned sheets and cover. I will advice everyone to avoid such incompetent business.

Very near the setia city mall just across the road. There are also 7 11 shop and food vending machine at the lobby. No need scare hungry anytime. Got condo facitilites.

i like the room decoration, its very simple comfortable for me. The room also quite spacious.

Poor management and poor facility. Poor design. I can't find the plug-in.

Walking distance to Setia City Mall & Setia Citi Convention Centre. Less than 5 mins walk. Very responsive owner / admin via Whatsapp. Response to message quickly and giving clear instructions for check in & out. ✅ bed is clean and comfortable ✅ strong WiFi ✅ provided extension for plug ✅ aircond is cold ✅ spacious (we have big luggages and still having ample space for walking around) ❌ a few plugs are broken ❌ kettle is dirty with stain on the heater steel ❌ pot is dirty with stain

Check in process was so easy. Make sure you text the host for smoothen the process. Netflix and other streaming apps is not a problem.

Walking distance to setia. Alam convention center. Affordability
