Le service est vraiment à améliorer. Après tout, on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de service de majordome pour plus de 10 000 personnes et que je ne serais averti de rien à l'avance. Même manger est un problème lorsque j'arrive à l'hôtel. On m'a dit que seules les grandes villas unifamiliales disposaient d'un service de majordome. Excusez-moi, comment puis-je vivre dans tout votre immeuble avec seulement deux personnes, et plus de 10 000 yuans, ce n'est pas bon marché, et ce n'est pas plus de 1 000 yuans. Le plafond payant et les équipements matériels et logiciels ne sont pas à la hauteur des tarifs. L'eau de la piscine est sale. Les toilettes automatiques de la salle de bain n'ont pas de télécommande. Le serveur a également dit que si vous me le demandez, Je vais vous le donner. Personne d'autre ne peut fournir ce service. Le service de marque d'Amman est vraiment révélateur pour moi. Le départ peut être retardé jusqu'à une demi-heure. Il y a trop de points. à redire. Bref, je ne reviendrai plus !

Our stay at Aman Yangyun was an unforgettable experience for our family. We arrived at the hotel by taxi from the airport, but we encountered a problem as we couldn’t complete the payment due to issues with our Alipay setup. The hotel staff quickly stepped in, escorting us to the lobby and taking care of the payment on our behalf. Moreover, since the taxi driver had charged us an unreasonably high amount, the staff even negotiated a reduction for us. Their swift and thoughtful actions gave us a great sense of relief. While every aspect of our stay was exceptional, the following experiences left a particularly lasting impression: 1. **Calligraphy Workshop with the Kids** We participated in a calligraphy session as a family, where we learned the techniques of writing and created beautiful pieces under the guidance of the instructor. 2. **Cycling Adventures** We rented bikes and explored the vast forest adjacent to the hotel. The cycling experience was incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. 3. **New Year’s Fireworks** At midnight on New Year’s Eve, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the sky. The sheer volume of fireworks was astonishing—far beyond what you’d expect from a single hotel. It was a truly satisfying experience, and we could tell that a great deal of effort and expense had gone into the celebration. 4. **Peaceful Landscape with Wildlife** The hotel grounds were home to deer, black swans, and a beautiful river, creating a serene and idyllic landscape that was both calming and delightful. This stay will remain a cherished memory for our family.

This is officially my favorite resort in the world! Located in the outskirts of Shanghai, Amanyangyun allows you to experience heaven on Earth. The moment we checked into the hotel, the service of the entire staff made us feel so welcomed and special. Our suite in the Ming Pavilion was also so spacious and luxurious. Although the resort is located far away from the heart of Shanghai, the cultural experience classes, morning fitness classes, spa, the three restaurants on site, and more keep you entertained the entire stay. Of the three restaurants on site, we enjoyed the hot pot place the most as we loved the freshness of the seafood. We got to relax at the spa a little too but next time I want to spend a lot more time there. It was so relaxing and nice. I will definitely be back at Amanyangyun again!

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed and the service level at this hotel is by far the top of anything I’ve ever tried.

Aman always stands apart, and Amanyanyun is no exception. This is a stunningly beautiful resort, full of elegance and charm, nestled in the outskirts of Shanghai. Our room was as spacious as usual. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. We had an amazing experience cycling through the resort's forest, immersing ourselves in nature and the beautiful scenery. The Jiang Xi cuisine at the resort's Chinese restaurant was also exceptional. The staff's English proficiency and the housekeeping team's room service could use some improvement. However, when we provided this feedback to Mr. Johnny, the Room Manager, he listened to us with genuine sincerity and goodwill. Thus, despite these minor imperfections, Aman remains number one in our hearts.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to experience the Chinese culture. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It’s also a family friendly hotel where they have prepared a number of activities to keep the kids entertained. We stayed for two nights and the services, food, amenities were superb. Thank you Amanyangyun for giving us such a memorable stay.

The stay was impressive. Not only was the room spacious, the site was also peaceful will very few other guests at the time we went. The environment was so nice that we forgot we were in Shanghai. Experiences of having hotpot next to the river, cycling around the large park, visiting the antique villa and learning about the history, were exceptional. We were amazed by Johnny Qin and his team's warm hospitality and heart-touching service, especially the hand-drawn welcome card which bear the logo of our company. Attentions were paid to every detail during our stay. Penny was our yoga tutor and she was so friendly in teaching us and also taking pictures for us. Highly recommended. As for the afternoon tea on the boat, we had a great chat with Kevin Li 李城城, rounding up a sweet and memorable experience for us at Amanyangyun. Will definitely come back again.

Good Service, Good stay and great food

This is my first Aman stay ! I came here because I wanted to experience Kerry Hill’s work in personal ! Very well kept and the surrounding is just so beautiful and surreal ! The staff were really attentive especially Ms Susan ! She took the initiative to link me up on WeChat which makes communication so much easier ! I ate a pepino melon without knowing what it was and I asked her. She then packed a box for me to take home :) I am so touched by the sincerity and care they render to their customers ! I think I am so spoilt by the whole Aman service that I will definitely return for more ! Thank you Ms Susan ! Keep in touch ~
