Excellent hotel. Staff was very helpful and room service was really good. But i dont understand why they never wash used coffee mugs. Breakfast was ok. Very near to shanghai exhibition center.

The room is not so small, but cozy. But the window was facing not to the wall, the window of another room and between there was only few fake plants. But you can see what’s happening in another room anyway. This I really didn’t like. If you want to book a room you better choose another one with the windows.

I stayed here for 13 nights and enjoyed everything about this hotel! They gave me free breakfast even though it wasn’t part of my booking! Shoutout to all the friendly staff. The laundry is free of use and very convenient! I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an extended hotel stay.

The service was great! We shipped one big luggage back to our city, and left it with the staff. Our luggage safely and promptly arrived, delivered by a huffing and puffing delivery guy, unmindful of the cold and the climb up. Thank you. We will do business with this hotel again. It was a great stay!
