PROS:
Hotel location is great (just above metro line 13 & 14 Wuling Road Station)!
Concierge staff are friendly!
The bed and blanket are very comfortable.
CONS:
The cleaning lady's attitute shouted to me when I asked for the room spray coz of strong smell of cigarette and kept instructing me to keep the windows opened (friend and I didn't do it coz it's cold and noisy then). Thought finally she did sprayed the sanitizer for me and returned to the room again for passing me a perfume gel.
Towels looks old and with many holes.

The position is very good. Just a few steps from the metro station. The room was not clean. The room had no window and that was not written in the description on trip.com. They changed our room with another one which had a window on the corridor. That means no sun light and no air from outside. If you book this hotel make sure if your room has the window or not.

設施：燈可以的電視也能看，還有一個隔間用來掛衣服啥的，就是房間裏沒有窗户，超級無敵悶，然後就是隔音特別的差，可能房間多的原因，隔壁包括對面年輕人大聲説話，我這邊都聽到
衞生：非常乾淨，也蠻新的衞生間鏡子燈很亮，馬桶淋浴間都很乾凈，床上也蠻乾淨的，沒啥異味
環境：環境很不錯，房間全部都在四樓，需要刷卡進去，電梯很安全，然後電梯和房間的指示也很清楚，出電梯還有一個自助的機器買東西吃
服務：服務還可以，前台很有禮貌，還蠻熱情的，就是説外賣不能送上樓，衹能送到大堂門口的架子上需要自己下樓拿

酒店設施齊全，很精緻，衞生乾淨整潔，房間還有空氣凈化器。環境優雅，衞生間小而武裝俱全，喜歡這種環境，周圍樓下就是地鐵，商場，飲食店，吃飯買食品很方便，前台接待人員很熱情，下次還會再來光顧！
