Strictly for travelers who can speak Chinese only .. staff does not understand English … location is good and they have emvery good food outlets nearby including a LUCKIN coffee takeaway 🤪

We had a great experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough, comfortable and clean. Would've preferred more variaty in the breakfast but it was fine. The location is great if you want to go to Playa Maya. Would definitely book again.

I stayed here for one night for a short holiday in Songjiang. The hotel isn't far from Dongjing metro station but obviously not within walking distance. We took a didi from the station to the hotel which took around 5-10 mins. The hotel doesn't look 4-star hotel in the lobby and looks like a 3-star hotel. But the room was okay! very clean and well organized. The hotel is far from all the main attractions and there is nothing to do around the hotel. I recommend staying in this hotel if you want to go to Happy Valley otherwise I'd stay in another hotel. All the staff can't speak English but are very kind.

Our stay was average, ordered food room service but didn’t get on time and some food items cancelled. Reception was helpful. Nice location. No English speaker and it’s difficult to communicate. House keeping staff was helpful

總結：金玉其外 敗絮其中
住 高級大床房668元2晚 1510號房間
一開始很滿意，看着很好。直到睡覺才發現問題很嚴重，一眼看到枕套上有有頭髮茬插在裏面，很短很硬很小，估計拍照都看不清，四個枕頭也沒一個試着舒服的。穿着睡衣睡覺也覺得這癢那癢。第一天醒來第一感覺就是累，比沒睡前還累。
第二天快2點才睡着，4點多要疼，脖子疼疼醒了，感覺就是人間煉獄來渡劫的，氣得給前台打了電話，升房到了1912，5點睡到7點，退房。
狀態不好，此行的目的也全部泡湯。
視覺：四星
床品：一星二星水平
衞生：比不上前兩週剛住的三星酒店。我就是檢測儀，
衹有運營很用心。。。
採購這個枕頭的人真是大聰明。。。

大廳寬敞明亮，辦入住時有奉茶服務，很加分，前台小鄭姐姐服務周到熱情，
設施：房間設施設備一應俱全，一次性拖鞋質量很好，超越了很多酒店了，碰到阿姨也會主動打招呼都很有禮貌
環境：早餐比較豐富，而且時間也長不着急早起啦，洗衣房也比較方便，洗烘一體的，最後再表揚一下服務人員真的都非常不錯！
