Rezen-hotel

Been waiting to review this hotel since last night. Poor service , I tried to book airport drop off service for the following day but the hotel staff told me to just take a taxi. The room smells smoke even the beddings, i couldn’t sleep easily because of that. Also, the location is not good, you can hear the cars and trucks. Will not come back in this hotel again.

The place it is At 20-25 Min walk from the end of Metro line 14 Fengbang, as i was in holiday i didint mind to walk . It is very far from city center , once u reach the Metro then all good . The staff are very very friendly, helpful and always Smile , even it was not rely Funny At the begening , but after , they made me Smile also . They was So So kind with me , the first time i just Wanted to see how far it is the subway station, So i asked for a taxi , but then , they told to the owner or the manager , not sure who he was exactly , he took me to the subway in a nice Lexus, I was like wow. Then when I left same , the girls asked one other guy to take me to subway station. I feel litlle shy , but they was very cool . The room was spacious,nice view from the room to the bathroom ,nice big bathroom with hot water, clean room , it is smell litlle old , but that was fine , my widow was always open. I highly recommended this hotel if u have work nearby.

首先前台人員的服務態度非常好，不單單一個人第一回找前台要信封和不幹膠,前台的小哥就非常耐心，給我翻了幾遍儲物櫃，最後解決了我的問題 第二回是退房的時候,因為航班時間較遲，所以中午退房之後借了兩把傘出門轉轉，後來很晚回來才歸還的，前台的兩個女生服務態度很好

可以可以，工作人員服務態度不錯，衞生也很乾凈沒異味，設施也齊全，二樓還配有洗衣房和健身房，太牛了，關鍵是價格也還很實惠，這次入住體驗，是相當不錯！！！
