Ji Hotel (Shanghai Shangcheng Road Metro Station)

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, le personnel de la réception est très enthousiaste, les chambres sont propres et la chambre est très bien, très satisfaite, je choisirai certainement la prochaine fois que je séjournerai, et je resterai souvent en toute saison hôtel à l'avenir!

L'emplacement est très bon et le service est très bon. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La buanderie des invités est très propre et neuve. La chambre est un peu tendance mais ce n'est pas un gros problème

La réception a prolongé l'heure de départ gratuitement, merci beaucoup, les installations sanitaires sont excellentes, l'expérience globale d'enregistrement est très bonne, les tantes sanitaires sont très enthousiastes et l'emplacement est très bon

Station de métro à environ 300m. Il y a de nombreux restaurants dans le coin.

Bed bugs!!! The hall of the hotel is beautiful but rooms are not. Toilet door is not a door at all. Breakfast is not okay either. After one night we decided to change the room, coz windows were small and were somewhere down.

Ad stated that room was a city view room. It wasn't. There was no window, and the only window was into a dark cavity. Even when showed reception their advert they wouldn't accept. Showed other similar dark rooms. There was no city view. They tried every which was to pull the wool over my eyes that city view didn't mean city view. Then asked me to contact trip.com. I did. And the most helpful rep assisted me. The hotel made me wait over an hour in the reception. It was freezing outside and evening time setting in. They demanded yuan 200 extra for two days. I had to agree, to avoid further inconvenience in the evening time. I gave the additional amount. Trip.com advisor was most helpful and supportive and resolved my expense issue by crediting additional trip points. That was excellent. Next day, early in the morning someone started drilling and kept on drilling nearby for hours. I woke up early and had a headache as a result. Went at 7ish to reception to ask what was the issue. They said that drilling was going on in the building and would go on for 2 months. That wasn't stated in their advert that they're was drilling going on and guests wouldn't be about to get full sleep. They offered to move me but at additional cost. I asked why was I being financially penalised after being inconvenienced? Their response was that they weren't responsible for the building work. I had rebooked the hotel earlier for 5 more days. I cancelled that booking and left the hotel for another one via trip.com. Disappointing and unpleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend.

+: The staff is all friendly and ready to help. I like the pragmatic design of the room. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is versatile and delicious. -: The only downside is the noise from all sources: the cars on the street, the water flowing in the pipes of other rooms, the footsteps upstairs, the conversations in the hallway, the TV program in the next room. A noise-canceling headset can be the solution from the traveler's side.

Very satisfied on our 3 days stay, the hotel personnel are very kind and helpful to all our needs. I will definitely come back in this place and recommend to my friends.

Great service, even if they couldn’t understand English, they ise the translator apps for better communication. Also helps in other services for booking taxi for airport 😊
