Service de transfert de l'aéroport de Pudong : très pratique Chambre : propre et bien rangée. La séparation sèche et humide est bien faite. J'aime beaucoup cette pièce. Hygiène : très propre et bien rangé Service : Le service de la réception est très bon et super patient. La dame de la réception est très enthousiaste et me fait découvrir des endroits amusants et délicieux. Merci beaucoup de venir jouer ici est d'une grande aide pour les gens comme moi. Je ne connais pas du tout Shanghai. 100 points d'aide.

The hotel is very clean and friendly! There is a very good place for the rest after the long flight! I highly recommend it for travelers and I would like to express my grateful for Xiaolan because she is a super good person and helped us with every question 🙏🏻☺️

I’ll start with the positive. The staff were polite and helpful. You can communicate with staff via WeChat app, which has the great function of translating everything in the language you require. They have fully automated smart toilets, which was an interesting gadget. The location isn’t too bad but it’s on a main road. It’s not far from the airport, which is convenient if you need a hotel near the airport. There are a lot of local shops and restaurants near by. On the downside, the hotel is not like the photos. It’s old, worn down and tired, and not very clean. I was disgusted and asked for a refund to go elsewhere. There is a small fridge in the room, which isn’t plugged in and smells. When plugged in makes a lot of noise and doesn’t really cool down. The bathroom wasn’t clean too with mould on walls.

For sure if you transfer in shanghai and need a hotel, go directly book this hotel, and you'll never regret. They will pick you up at the airport and drop you too. Call the hotel number first, they will need information about your Flight time, airport terminal, and better give a picture of you, to make them easy to recognized you. They will pick up at 3rd floor gate 9 departure T1. Hotel staff can speak a little english. So dont worry. They are really helpful, even carrying and loading your luggages into car. It takes 10 minutes from airport to hotel. Check in very fast and surprisingly they will upgrade your room. They gave me a family room with bathtub. But maybe need to fix the bathtub because it is leaking but the closet is very nice, its an automatic. Breakfast just very simple but good. Hotel's surrounding is superb....because a lot of restaurant, mini market even a big supermarket. Many street foods at night and fashion store also massage. I took a taxi to go to the bund and nanjing road, its about 130rmb one way. It tooks about 40 minutes. A very wonderful memory in shanghai. Thank you Tianhe hotel. And all the hotel staff who are very kind and helpful. I will come back next time.

Xiang Xiang at the front desk checked us in at 3am in the morning. Check in went smooth. The room next to us was loud so I asked her if she could move us and she was happy to accommodate.

The stay at the hotel was amazing! Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and super helpful. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and the rooms were great. It is a short ride to the airport and they offer free pickup/ drop off. I would highly recommend staying here. Special thanks to all the staff and specifically Xiao Lan for being so welcoming and making the stay at the hotel amazing.

This is a good selection. The place is closed to Pudong airport, and has several restaurants around, a pharmacy, and a grocery store… Receptionist is nice. Jasmine helps me a lot to check-in.

I stayed there for three nights and I’m very impressed by the hospitality from the manager and Xiao Xiang from reception desk. The hotel has free pickup and drop off from /to Pudong airport. I definitely recommend this hotel to other friends.

Xiangxiang was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a great value place. If you want a nice cheap stay then come here and you can get a free bus.

The customer service at this hotel is outstanding! They pick us up and drop off us off from the airport. At the hotel you are warmly welcomed. When we checked out I actually forgot my phone charger in the room and they contacted me right away and swiftly arranged to get it back to me. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank YOU!!
