A nice hotel with transfer bus to disney. It's really worth it to get the room with bfast. You need to fill your tummy before going to war in disneyland. Disneyland is packed and long lines to the rides, snacks, and restaurants. We got the bfast packed for my daughters who didn't feel like eating in the morning. We brought them to the park, oh, what a good decision. While waiting for the ride, we can eat the breads, fruits, noodles, and paos brought in. When it's way past lunch time and no more lines in the restaurant, we can get a quick small lunch. In case u are not aware, you can bring all foods and drinks from outside to the park. Only in disneyland shanghai :) but don't bring huge water bottle, max size is 600 ml. So, you can bring multiple medium size bottles.

Very nice options if you will visit Disneyland. The shuttle survice from/to airport and disney are very convinient. Hotel rooms are big and confortable. Staff was great and can speak english, in special Mr. John that was super helpful personally, by phone and by message, solving all my needs.

Went for the purpose of going to Disney Land and the hotel had a shuttle to drop off and pick us up! Wonderful! Had tea and fruits for us and the breakfast buffet was so yummy! Friendly friendly staff!! Thank you !

Great location for families wanting to visit Shanghai Disneyland. Hotel was nice and clean and room was spacious. The kids enjoyed the family themed rooms. Fantastic customer service from 楊達(King). He offered us drinks while we were waiting for our room to be ready and was very informative.

Great support from hotel staff, big thanks to Alisa for helping us. The hotel provides shuttle bus to/from Disneyland and Airport, suitable for visiting Shanghai Disneyland. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was great with variety of food.

The staff in the hotel is amazing. We were received and supported very well by Alisa. She treated my family and children very well during my stay, gave me her WeChat and answered all my questions in real time. The hotel is very good and very close to Disney, the shuttle bus helps a lot with the transfer between the hotel and the park! The room is very big and could support my family (4 people) with any problem, they also provide some fruits to kids and water in the room, who has kids knows that it is important. I strongly recommend this hotel and for sure I will back more times.

Pleasant stay, highly recommended for families. The front desk personnel is nice and speaks excellent English. Those planning a trip to Disney will be pleased with their choice of accommodations.

This hotel is amazing. Can’t fault a single thing. Staff so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Free shuttles to Disney and airport, easy to book and prompt on time. Free breakfast buffet was nice, had mix of Chinese and western items. They even leave 2 bottles of water in your room every day. Shop in hotel for snacks and drinks etc. Very close walk to street of restaurants. Definitely choose this hotel it was such good value for money too.

We booked this hotel because it was very close to Shanghai Disneyland. The hotel also offers free shuttle bus to the park. The staffs are all friendly and accommodating. Also must commend the manager for helping us with our waimai trouble. She can speak English well which was a relief. Breakfast was typical Chinese breakfast but a little bland for our taste. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable my daughter loved the child's corner and the themed beddings.

My friends and I chose this hotel because of the reasonable price and Disneyland shuttle. The hotel service was great as the check-in workers were able to speak English and answer any questions we had. All the workers were quite nice and did their best to help us when possible even if their English wasn't the best. The room and bathroom were tidy and sufficient for our stay. The complimentary breakfast, though simple, was great as they offered fruits, eggs, sausages, bread, vegetables, milk, coffee, yogurt, cereal and even sushi. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was comfortable. We had a great time. We were pleasantly surprised with a fruit platter after returning from our Disneyland experience. On checking out, the process was simple and we were shuttled to the Pudong airport. The hotel is great for a trip like ours, however, if you plan to go to the city center often you should know that it's a very long way, almost 2 hours because taking a taxi to get there is very expensive. Special thanks to Mr. Yang for his help during our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for those who plan to go to Disneyland!

訂了一間親子家庭房，房間很大，佈置的很温馨~去迪士尼很方便，來回都有免費班車接送~大概15分鐘車程~早上的早餐也不錯，服務非常好，管家曉梅很熱情，是一家性價比非常高的酒店，下次迪士尼的首選酒店~

房間很乾凈，曉梅的管家服務也很貼心，細心，周到，我們醒的晚，怕我們餓着，還給我們送早餐，服務真的很熱情，值得給好評，有點不好就是沒有機器人，迪士尼回來很累，還得下去拿外賣，打電話給前台，不是很情願送。
