Évaluations de Crystal Orange Hotel (Shanghai International Tourist Resort Zhoupu Wanda Plaza)

L'hôtel est propre et proche de la gare, près des attractions, et surtout près de Disney✨, un employé dans le hall peut répondre à une question que je trouve sympathique, et je reviendrai certainement ici une fois que je visiterai Shanghai❤️

The hotel staff, 李虹 is very friendly and helpful. First, she upgraded our room to the larger one and provided Shanghai metro information when we were going out right after we checked in. And later on the last night, she offered to book a bigger online taxi since mostly Didi are sedans in China. Good job 👍🏼 💯. The hotel provides free flow hot tea and peanuts at the lobby 👍🏼. The breakfasts were good. I must say that their cakes are really good. Wontons also are nicely done. Extra breakfast will be changed RMB 58/person. Although we were upgraded to a larger room, it turned out not as large as the one we stayed at Suzhou Crystal Orange. And the bathroom was really slippery, might need to be brushed. From hotel to the closest metro, Fanrong Road is more or less five to seven minutes walk depending on walking speed. Unfortunately, the hotel location is very far from the city, almost 45-50 minutes to main shopping or sightseeing destination. Next to the hotel, there is a local Chinese restaurant (Chuan) which serves fresh fish meals, which is recommended. Another interesting thing is that the hotel provides free daily shuttle to and fro Shanghai Disneyland (30minutes traveling time). Two trips in the morning (7AM and 8AM) and another two in the evening (lastest one is 10PM). Despite the location, this hotel is recommended.

Great Good

Good stay not far from Pudong AirPort and 5-10 minutes walk from the Line 18. Room is big and clean. We do highly recommend

I have a comfortable 2 nights stay in this hotel with my family. One big and small bed just fit to 2 adults 3 kids. Location wise, it's also awesome, nearby subway station, there is convenience store beside the hotel

Great room condition, very friendly assistance. Gym just next to the hotel. Wanda Plaza is walking distance, good for the business trip.

Not bad breakfast. Staff who can't speak English. There is only a factory around. You have to take a taxi to eat

The staffs in here are friendly and helpful. It is a right choice to stay here even though the location is a bit far from city area.. fortunately, the subway station is just nearby, approx 300 miles

We had a lovely stay at the Crystal Orange. We have stayed at this particular brand before and we are always pleased with their efficiency. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel in general is very welcoming towards foreigners. The breakfast caters to Chinese and western cuisine and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely use this hotel again! Thank you.

Stayed here for a few nights and everything was fine. The room was exceptionally clean (thanks to the lady who cleaned our floor!) and the young men at the reception were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come again because of them!

Good services and nice place. Especially Lihonh is very friendly and helpful. Will return will come to china again.

We stayed for one night to have a couple moment and it was perfect. Close to metro station just walking distance, bathtub as expected and comfortable bed. All the staff was always kind and the breakfast was good.

Quick check in, comfortable accommodation, good service. But…the toilet gave a little trouble and the shower walls were slightly mouldy. Overall, a decent stay.
