LLoveNous sommes arrivés tôt de Lijiang et le chef nous permet de nous rencontrer tôt pour se reposer. La zone d'entrée à l'arrivée était accueillante. Très esthétique. Vous pouvez même demander leur aide pour organiser un tour. Très utile et informative.
La chambre était assez grande pour 4 personnes. Il y a un canapé et une table et encore assez de chambre pour mettre nos sacs. Nous sommes situés au premier étage et il est pratique de rentrer et de sortir.
Le lieu est situé à dukezong et confortable pour se déplacer autour d'un endroit où il y a beaucoup de superbes boutiques et café. Il y a 2 restaurants halal qui sont à pied à environ 12 minutes à pied. Il y a et le réservoir d'oxygène dans notre chambre qui est confortable quand mon mari ne peut pas respirer tôt le matin.
Ils aident à organiser le transport pour former le matin. Notre train de retour à kunming est à 7.20am et nous sommes reconnaissants que la voiture est en temps. Généralement, il est fortement recommandé de venir et de rester ici. Nous sommes très reconnaissants de rencontrer des gens aimables dans cet hôtel.

MMajabyMy stay in Shangri-La was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the hotel. Upon arriving at the train station, I couldn’t get a taxi, so I sent a quick message to the hotel via WeChat. To my surprise and relief, the staff immediately offered to come pick me up. It was a short ride, but during the drive, they shared interesting insights about the area, setting the tone for what would be a warm and personal stay.
The hotel itself felt cozy and welcoming, with two dogs and a cat adding to the homely charm. They had my room ready early, so I could check in and rest right away. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and thoughtfully prepared for the cold weather—it had a large dehumidifier and central floor heating, which made it incredibly comfortable during the chilly days.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Shika Snow Mountain, and from the property, I could catch glimpses of the snowy peaks, open grasslands, farms, and plantations. It was a peaceful and scenic spot—an ideal base for exploring the area.
What stood out most was the attentiveness of the staff. They were always just a message away, responding promptly to every request. As a first-time visitor to Shangri-La, I appreciated the wealth of local recommendations they provided—from attractions to hidden spots worth visiting.
One night, after a long day out, I asked for a simple meal in the room, and they delivered hot fried rice from the kitchen right on time. On my final morning, I had an early departure, and despite the hour, the staff woke up and personally drove me to the train station at 6:30 a.m. Their warmth and dedication left a lasting impression.
The hotel also offers traditional ******* clothing that guests can try on for photos—complete with the option to pose with a goat! Although it was too cold during my stay to enjoy the outdoor swing or take many photos outside, the setting was undeniably beautiful.
As we drove away on my last day, the view of flat grasslands with horses and cows grazing under the open sky was the perfect farewell. It was a calm, heartwarming experience—one I’ll remember fondly.

MMr.P34RLors de mes récents voyages, j'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner au Shangri-La, et ce fut une expérience vraiment impressionnante. Dès mon arrivée, l'hospitalité était impeccable. Le personnel était chaleureux, attentionné et a fait tout son possible pour répondre à tous les besoins.
La chambre était luxueuse, avec un mobilier confortable et une vue à couper le souffle. C'était impeccable, avec une attention aux détails évidente dans chaque coin et tous les animaux de compagnie étaient vraiment mignons. Le lit était incroyablement confortable et les équipements fournis étaient de premier ordre, des articles de toilette de haute qualité aux extras attentionnés comme une note de bienvenue personnalisée.
Les installations de l'hôtel étaient tout aussi impressionnantes. L'habillage gratuit et le photographe étaient également bien préparés et professionnels aux petits soins pour nous.
Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel Lisiman Xinsu Yusiye a dépassé mes attentes. Son mélange de luxe, de confort et de service exceptionnel en fait un choix parfait pour les voyageurs à la recherche d'un séjour inoubliable.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

JJaquelyn MolloyI love this little place. Each room is an individual villas / rooms with its own bathroom. Standing on its own with lots of space between each villas. It feels as if we are on our own with no one next to us but the wide open skies. The property is nestled in the nature amongst the local farmers and we got to experience a milking a cow on one of the home farmers backyard. My girls 10 & 12 thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We got to bring the milk back to the property and the staff helped us to treat the milk before serving it to us for consumption. It was a shame that we are a month too early for the mushroom picking experience (Shangri-La being on a higher altitude)
My girls roamed the ”neighbourhood” outside the property with their walkie talkies and were just playing with the neighbours / farmers chicken , cows, lambs and horses. They had a ball. Within the property itself, there are 3 dogs who will visit you at your villa or at the reception / dining area (when food is served) at all times of the day. They are so friendly and my girls thoroughly enjoyed their company. There is also a horse on the property who roams around freely.
The staff is so accommodating to our needs. The property is about 20 mins out from city centre and we can organise a driver with the property to pick us up and drop us off.
We were driven by the owner of the property on multiple occasions and always just text them about 30-1 hour in advance (depending on where we are). It was nice to have that option. sometimes it's easier to have a familiar face and because we spoke mandarin, it was also nice to be able to converse with the same person .
Breakfast was scrumptious in my opinion and we get an option of noodles or rice porridge and condiments to go with. You can request for dinner as well and they will ask you during the day etc. although wild mushroom hot pot (their speciality in the area) needs to be prepared one day in advance.
It is a very special place and as we were leaving the owner is installing new furniture to the rooms and also a new structure for an outdoor BBQ space.

Suggestions : contacter les clients de manière proactive pour se renseigner sur leur heure d'arrivée afin qu'ils puissent organiser la prise en charge à la gare/à l'avion, répondre de manière proactive aux messages des clients dans les meilleurs délais et envisager le transport des clients qui doivent rattraper leur retard tôt le matin. , car c'est vraiment difficile de prendre un taxi à 6 heures !

RRonaNalaL'hôtel est situé à 1 km de la vieille ville et à 10-15 minutes en voiture de la gare.
La chambre était confortable, la pression de l'eau et le chauffage fonctionnaient parfaitement.
Le Wi-Fi était également très stable. (Pour les étrangers, veuillez noter que si vous vous connectez au Wi-Fi de l'hôtel, vous devrez utiliser un VPN pour utiliser WhatsApp, Instagram ou YouTube.)
Cet établissement a neuf ans ; il présente donc quelques défauts qui pourraient être améliorés, mais c'est compréhensible.
Mon seul commentaire concerne le restaurant ; il n'y a qu'une seule option de restauration ouverte toute la journée. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, avec une sélection plus locale.
J'y ai passé deux nuits. Le premier jour, du personnel était disponible pour m'aider et me servir mon café latte. Cependant, le deuxième jour, je n'ai vu aucun personnel de permanence, j'ai donc dû préparer mon café latte moi-même (en faisant mousser le lait), ce que j'ai trouvé gênant.
J'aurais aimé que le personnel soit mieux formé, mais je comprends que c'était la basse saison et que l'hôtel ait probablement embauché du personnel à temps partiel pour le service.
Le meilleur moment de mon séjour a été ma rencontre avec une dame nommée Rose He, qui fait partie de l'équipe du service clientèle (je crois). Elle nous a recommandé des endroits à visiter et nous a même trouvé un chauffeur local pour nous accompagner. Elle était extrêmement gentille et polie. Nous avons échangé des informations sur WeChat et elle m'a envoyé des SMS quand le temps se gâtait ou qu'il pleuvait. Elle nous a également aidés à organiser un transport gratuit jusqu'à la gare. C'était personnalisé. Shangri-La, si vous lisez ceci, je pense qu'elle mérite une marque de reconnaissance. C'est une véritable star et un excellent exemple d'hospitalité.

- 第二天入住，提前一天下午打給前台想預約第二天的唐卡體驗，前台説晚點會有管家加v，到時再預約就好了，等到當天晚上9點多還沒人聯繫，又打給前台，得到的回覆是約不了第二天的唐卡了，因為有個大團12個人約滿了，簡直無語，嚴重影響了我第二天的行程，本來已經和司機確定好第二天的行程，晚上9點多才來更改。
- 人有點受寒，打電話跟前台説要杯薑茶，一開始説沒辦法送，後面説了感冒了不舒服，才同意送。

IInvitéJe suis allé à Shangri-La pour skier et séjourner dans cet hôtel avec mon snowboarder. C'était tellement confortable. Il existe également des sources chaudes où vous pourrez vous baigner gratuitement après le ski pour soulager la fatigue.
Tôt le matin, j'ai vu la montagne Rizhao Jinshan de la montagne enneigée Shika depuis la piscine à débordement sur le toit de l'hôtel.
Le hall de l'hôtel est très grand et il y a une belle et propre buanderie.
Le directeur de l'hôtel est également un passionné de ski. Il est très enthousiaste et propose un bon service. Dites-moi qu'il existe de nombreux itinéraires intéressants dans la station de ski de Shangri-La et dans les environs, qui sont formidables. Il faut environ 20 minutes en voiture de l'hôtel à la station de ski (il n'y a pas de feux de circulation sur le chemin), ce qui est très pratique. Le prix de 80 yuans par séance est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
