L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de la vieille ville et de nombreux commerces à proximité. 小江 et son équipe ont offert d'excellents services sur demande. Notre chambre familiale était spacieuse et un appareil à oxygène était à disposition. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix est recommandé.

Amazing stay at Yueyue!!! I booked room 402, it has such an amazing view of the city. All the staff are very attentive and helpful, they pick me up with a nice van from the train station (waiting for me right after I exited the station) and send me off to the airport. The location is also the best, very closed to the old town which is very beautiful in the night time. I will definitely go back here if I have a chance to visit Shangrila. Excellent Job for all the staffs!!!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Shangrila, Yunnan, and had an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impressive — everything was well-maintained and tidy, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently situated near key attractions, including the Old Town, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. It made exploring Shangrila easy and enjoyable.
The service stood out as one of the highlights. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered all the basics and more — from reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding to a cozy lounge area and an on-site restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully provided for a comfortable stay.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangrila. It’s a great choice for both convenience and comfort.

We rebooked this hotel after our 1 day trip to Meili Snow Mountain and this is our 2nd time stay. Although there is road constructions works until May 2025, this hotel ensure that they go out and help to pick up hotel guests and carry their luggages to the hotel. At check out, we were appreciative of the hotel staff to help us bring our luggage to the main road to meet our driver who was waiting outside, as he can't come in due to road works. Very thankful. Staff were friendly and helped us promptly with our requests. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay at this hotel this second time.

This young team of staff assisted to deal with our luggages from the main road due to road closure. Very responsive and reach out to us earlier so we could get the tour guide to drop us at a correct destination! Hotel is pretty and big! Breakfast was simple and good enough. Just to note, for those with elderly might wanna request for lower floor as there isn’t any lift access!

Very spacious and nice place. We got an upgrade to our room. Although there were some mishaps with the system. Everything was great and friendly. We got good breakfast and lunch as well as night warm milk to sooth the night. Love the service from everyone. Very thoughtful to help with the luggage. Especially also providing service to send us to the train station. Would recommend this place. It’s also near to Dukezong ancient town.

Currently there is ongoing construction outside of the hotel however the hotel staff are very helpful in arrangement of luggage and also kind consideration for elderly. Room is spacious and good location.
