1000/10 recommended! We have a very good experience here. I can’t get enough the view. All staff were friendly and very helpful. They give the best services ever.

We had an amazing stay! From helpful hospitality, comfortable stay, breathtaking views, good food and coffee, cute dogs, this place has it all. The owner also brought us to a horse riding ranch where we were given discount. We only ate alot in the restaurant which we really enjoyed the food. The dogs here Shan Shan and Dou Dou are lovely and cute companies. The staffs are really one of a kind too! They helped with our requests and attend to it very quickly. They even served you daily coffee at their beautiful cafe. The room is so comfortable and beautiful. It is equipped with automated curtains binds, heated floor, automated toilet, Marshal speakers and king sized bed. The only thing that was on a down side is the bathtub, which i paid extra for the room. The hot water couldn't reach the bathtub and it leaked, hence the staffs have advised not to use it. But they charged extra with the room. Hope they get it fixed. Other than that, everything else was on point and we were go back again for such a relaxing stay!

The hotel was magnificent. The room is nice with full amenities. The view from the balcony is unforgettable. The services is excellent since the pick up from the train station until I departed. Thank you for staffs’s hospitality. I am so happy to be here. My first dinner is excellent and every morning breakfast is very special. I end up extend stay for one more night because I truely love this hotel and every single thing about it. I will definitely come back. Truly thanks for everyone’s hospitality.🙏🙏

Best stay in my life!!!🥹 I really enjoyed my 2 nights there and don’t wanna leave. The hotel also offers the pick-up and drop-off service from railway stations which is only 15mins away. The view was stunning overlooking napahai and snow mountain. Everyone was very welcoming and kind , the two dogs were super cute! Hope to come back again🥰🥰

Firstly, the place is so amazinggggggg. Serene, tranquil and calming surrounded by nature and grassland. We came in february and it was snowing, freezing cold. I believe in spring and summer they would be much more lovely with the green scenery. The staff were amazing and super helpful. Being in contact since few days before arrival and helped us in anyway they could. We felt really welcomed and well taken care of. They help us with the transport as well. The location a bit far from city centre but worth the picturesque view of surrounding lands and faraway mountains. Accessible by didi it was just that we came during moderate snowing. The cabin/cottage itself was fantastic. Really spacious, amazing view from balcony. Central heating kept us warm. Shower was nice with good temperature control. All the amenities were complete. It was a bit dizzy at this altittude around 3300m so they also supplied an oxygen bottle inside the room.  Really nothing to complain about. Everything was positive and an amazinggggg stay.

Our stay here was simply top notch - views are amazing, hosts have been incredibly hospitable, and there are two friendly dogs as companions. Room was well equipped too, and our nights here felt very hearty in the cold winter season. Thinking of coming back again the next year!
