A big thumbs up to the great service by the host! We arrived at Shangrila at 11pm via the train and he came to pick us up from the railway station in -1deg weather. Room was extremely comfortable, well designed and the fittings were all international brands like Hans Grohe and JBL etc. location of the hotel is very near to the old town with lots of eateries just within walking distance. We were most impressed by the host’s friendliness, going the extra mile to help us find out how to get up to Balagezhong and other assistance. Highly recommended!

TangYin, the young lady, the receptionist, was really helpful, brave, and strong. She leas the direction well, know how to make coffee, and carry huge luggages to our room. The room are really worth n all in ai system. And just 6mins walk straight from stay reach GuCheng. We love shangrila. Tq for the.good service

Desk lady had a very poor attitude, she was impatient and rude. Our rooms are level 2 and 3, when she saw our luggage she was reluctant to help us carry and requested we switch to level 1. When we asked further questions, she sounded very impatient. The level 1 room was very bad, heater was not warm at all. Toilet is using sensor, sometimes it works and sometimes does not work. They used deposal towels and provided only 2 which was wet before we could dry completely. Robes were missing robes ties. Overall very unpleasant stay. Only redemption was the owner who drove us back to train station, and apologize for the staff bad attitude.

首先是老闆姐姐的服務超級好，人也很温柔，還熱心的幫我們提供了香格里拉的攻略
如果不是特種兵真的很想多住幾天，真的很舒服很愜意
房間裏面有供氧機，加濕器，地暖，還有浴袍 小細節拉滿住的非常舒服
酥油茶也好好喝呢！朋友們來香格里拉真的可以選擇這家性價比超級高的民宿。

他家房間屬於到了才知道有多好，網上跟本看不出來，圖片看着沒有那麼驚艷，實際比圖片好看，設計很上檔次！房間暖氣非常暖和，有供氧，來之前還一直擔心會不會缺氧，結果晚上睡得非常好，這次旅行真的選對了他家。老闆人也非常好，幫我們把行李提上提下的！下次還來住他家！

房間非常乾淨，房東人超級好的，本來因為下雪不知道去哪裡玩，房東帶我們去了石卡雪山和大經幡拍照，彌補了玉龍雪山的遺憾，非常感謝，還送了我們上學時的氧氣瓶❤️，下次過來還住這裏～

找了好幾天才選定這家民宿，果然沒讓我失望。民宿有停車位可以開車直接到民宿門口，到店管家就幫我們搬行李，給我們推薦附近的好吃好玩的地方。房間現代風格，一進屋門就能聞到淡淡的香味，對於有潔癖的我們來説，床品和衞生間的清潔程度特別重要，檢查了一遍發現完全沒問題，非常乾淨。民宿出來走幾分鐘就能到古城月光廣場，交通十分方便，房間有地暖、彌散式供氧、投影等等各種設施超棒，服務很好很熱情。價格性價比高，很值，價格不貴值得推薦。
