HELV homestay

Before our arrival, I messaged HELV to let them know that we’d be arriving late. I messaged them when I thought we were there, but we were actually across the street. The owner thankfully came over to get us. My father wasn’t feeling well when we were checking into the hotel due to the high elevation. The owner gave us a free room upgrade, and quickly got him into a room with oxygen before completing the check-in process. A couple of us weren’t feeling well the following day and mostly stayed in. The room was only vacated in the evening when we went out for dinner. The owner coordinated to have our room cleaned while we were out, which was greatly appreciated! HELV has been one of the most comfortable places we’ve stayed in during our trip. The owner and her family were very warm and welcoming. We highly recommend staying here if you visit Shangri-la. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the ancient city and plenty of food options.

很少給點評，這次是真的非常滿意這間民宿，我們全家都很喜歡，有家的感覺，很乾凈衞生，整體的環境跟設計都很和諧舒服。我們在這住了兩天後去了雨崩決定再回來多住兩天休養休養。 尤其老闆真的超級無敵好，他們一家經營這個民宿，我們有什麼需要都給予幫助，很有禮貌笑盈盈。地暖/暖氣/供氧/洗漱用品一切需要的都很足夠，需要洗衣服也給了我們很好的意見，總之來到這間民宿是真的可以讓一天在外旅遊奔波的遊客能好好休息。 經常出入都會聽到“回來了哈”“走了嗎？”“很冷對吧”“沒事有什麼需要您告訴我就行” “好好休息啊”“晚安”這些暖心的句子很深刻也讓我們一天的疲憊都得到安慰。 致：老闆娘： 謝謝您雖然離開的時候因為趕高鐵沒能好好和您道別🥹，但真的很感謝您這幾天的照顧，希望改次有機會還會見到您，祝福你生意越來越好，一家出入平安身體健康～❤️❤️❤️ *還有，我特別喜歡親子房裡上下鋪床擺的玩偶們，樓梯間擺着的戴着眼鏡和相機的小熊們🐻❄️，門口捧着零食歡迎我們的小熊，外面沙發擺着的小花🌼坐墊，還有門口兩衹小鹿🤣🤣 感覺老闆一定是一個很可愛的女孩子～

新開沒多久的民宿，裝修的很好，衞生也很乾凈，在月光廣場附近，可以進車，老闆很熱請，我們高反，老闆每天都會問下我們的情況，五星推薦
