Une expérience culturelle authentique au Samzhub ! Les détails raffinés de la décoration et des équipements (masques, lits et sols chauffants) ainsi que le petit-déjeuner buffet ont été parmi les points forts de notre séjour. Le thé de l'après-midi et le lait chaud offerts étaient des attentions appréciables. J'ai également apprécié un après-midi au café de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est riche en caractéristiques culturelles tibétaines. La décoration de l'hôtel est époustouflante, l'attitude du service est très satisfaisante et la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable pendant le froid de l'hiver. Juste devant la porte se trouve l'ancienne ville de Dukezong et à 200 mètres se trouve la plus grande tour de prière du monde.

L'hôtel était magnifique et bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement à ShangriLa. Les chambres étaient bien aménagées et disposaient d'un bon chauffage. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais notez qu'il n'y a qu'une seule option disponible.
Malheureusement, peut-être parce que c'était hors saison, nous avions l'impression de séjourner dans un hôtel fermé. L'hôtel avait un beau bar où personne ne travaillait, un bel espace extérieur avec des lampes chauffantes qui n'étaient jamais allumées et le personnel, bien que sympathique, semblait un peu mal préparé et surpris de notre arrivée. Nous avons demandé de l'aide pour nettoyer notre lessive et avons fini par payer un montant extrêmement élevé de 288 CNY après avoir été cité 100 CNY, ce qui semblait malhonnête.
Tous ces problèmes auraient été réglés si nous avions payé la moitié des 160 dollars la nuit que nous avons payés, mais à ce prix-là dans le Yunnan, nos attentes en matière de service étaient élevées. Peut-être que d'autres clients vivront de meilleures expériences lorsque la propriété disposera du personnel adéquat pendant la haute saison.

Stay was made memorable with the service - their little touches go a long way; the design of the hotel - combines culture & experience; the room - well maintained & clean with thoughtful amenities. Glad I chose this hotel (besides the convenient location), is the best part of my trip!

Exceptional service, beautiful Modern ******* Style hotel and rooms!
The moment we walked in to the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the amazing decor of the hotel. The lobby was also very pretty.
Every staff always answer our questions sincerely and go the extra mile for every small request we made. They added us on wechat, provided us tips and responded promptly to all our requests during the trip. The room has floor heater and heater in bathroom. They provided hats, sunglasses in the room as the UV in Shangrila is very strong (not to be brought home) but we love it that they provided it for us.
Fantastic location, right at the entrance of ancient city. 5 mins walk to 大金筒。
Comfy beds, sofa area with TV. Love it!! Will return for sure!

The moment we stepped into the hotel , it was a Wow factor all the way. The decor, ambiance, the woodwork of the building are exquisite.
Even though our stay was cut short, the experience of staying there is unforgettable and not to mention the genuine service and hospitality extended to us are truly remarkable and exceeds expectations,going far beyond the ordinary .. and for that thank you very much .
Absolutely no hesitation to recommend this hotel .
