"Myself and my dad have just stayed at the Birkdale for the IOW scooter weekend. The hosts of the Birkdale, Lesley and Colin, are absolutely fab! They go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The twin room that we had was spotless and we loved the little extra touches such as the homemade biscuits and the fresh milk in the fridge. The breakfast here is incredible! So much to choose from (I was spoilt for choice every morning) and Sarah who works in the morning is a star. We loved our stay here that much that we re-booked for next years scooter weekend there and then! Thank you to everyone at the Birkdale for making our stay extra special! Lucy and Gordon Smith"

"We had such a wonderful stay here and can’t recommend it enough. The hotel is owned by the loveliest couple who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm hosts who clearly care about their guests having a great stay. My mum stayed in a beautiful one-bedroom apartment with its own garden, which was perfect for relaxing. My family and I stayed in one of the large two-bedroom apartments and it was fantastic, incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and had absolutely everything we needed. Both bedrooms were large with really comfortable beds, and each had its own en-suite which made things so easy. There was also a generous living area and a large, very well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a family stay. The whole place was immaculate and really well thought out. It felt like a home away from home. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off and relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better — just a 5-minute walk into the town, which was so convenient. Another great bonus was the free parking space, which made everything even easier. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be booking again and again. A perfect place for families, comfortable, welcoming, and brilliantly located. Already looking forward to coming back!"

"We had a great stay at this B&B and would highly recommend Brooke House. We were made to feel so welcome by Hana. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and the location was ideal—quiet yet conveniently close to the town centre and rail/bus links. Breakfast, prepared by Steve, was a highlight - all freshly cooked. It set us up perfectly for the day! We wouldn’t hesitate to return when we next visit the Isle of Wight."
